AT&T Store — Local services in Mount Laurel Township

I would give 10 ⭐️ if it would let me! Literally, Nizzy and Ron are two of the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever dealt with. I haven’t had a ton of luck with AT&T stores in the past. There was absolutely zero high pressure sales or trying to get me to buy all the add on stuff that you don’t really need. It was in fact the direct opposite, Nizzy actually reviewed my account and found out that we had been paying an extra $15 a month for a 2nd insurance plan that was redundant, he immediately removed it from our account saving us money. These dudes answered all of my questions with great knowledge of their products and services and I could not be happier. They even put a movie on the big tv for my 3yr old son while we waited for the phones to transfer! That kind of stuff goes a long way with me. If you’ve had bad luck in the past with AT&T stores, stop in and see these guys and I guarantee you they will make your day! Amazing customer service and some straight up great guys to meet. The service I experienced at the Mount Laurel AT&T store today was an amazingly refreshing experience. I called the store before heading out to ensure a particular phone was in stock and spoke with Ron. He had stepped out when I arrived at the store but left Austin in charge of taking care of me. Austin is one of the most personable young men I have ever met and was a joy to interact with. As this was during the bustle of the holidays, he was there helping me purchase a new product, while juggling the transfer of data for another woman, and promptly greeted others as they came into the store. Ron returned to the store shortly after I arrived and immediately started in on servicing people in the same friendly manner. My husband and I went to this store after ordering a phone from another store that ended up being back ordered. Trey was absolutely wonderful!! Called everyone he could to make sure my order was canceled and I could get the phone he had in stock at that time. He spent the time to help set up both my new phone and my husbands that was shipped on time from the other store. He continued to go above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. The other employee in the store (I’m sorry I did not get his name) also jumped in to try to help when he had some down time and made sure my 5 year old had something to watch so she wasn’t bored.
