1 star only because Google is requiring me to give it. We came here (my mom, my son in a stroller, and me) came here today for lunch. The moment we entered, the older lady (I'm assuming she was the owner) was already making loud noises ) speaking her native language) directing us to the end table and signing to put the stroller against the wall. It wouldn't fit so I requested to be transferred to the table in front and she said "no!" while motioning that we'll be blockingf the way. The waiter showed us to the table across and we settled in there. I positioned my son's strollee as I prepare his feeding via his feeding pump. (He is a feeding tube dependent, unable to fully support himself sitting, hence the stroller). I have not tpuched the menu when the older lady behind us kept on talking in a very loud voice talking to another woman in their native language, looking at us (she made sure we knew she was talking about us). She then called the waiter and talked to him then right after the waiter told me that I have to move my chair further in. I was not in middle of the way mind you, I was on the side. And the older lady kept on talking behind us. We packed our things, told the 2 waiters we're leaving and told them our concerns. They were apologetic. I looked at the older lady and told her, "This is not the way you treat your customers. Your customer service is very bad."
Never going back to this place even if the food reviews are great. The staffs' or owner's (for this instance) rude attitude and very bad customer service will ruin any...

The #30 is gone. The portions are much much smaller. Everything is ala carte. The menu is changed.
The best ic an describe this is, inoffensive. It's Vietnamese food, but without any soul.
Most notably, we were charged a large group surcharge for there being 6 of us.... for our (2) 1 year olds and a 7 month old. Like, come on.
We aren't going back. Save your time. 17 bucks for a bowl of noodles - hard pass.
This is still the best Pho in the area, to be sure. But the new management has made changes that have cheapened the experience.
For example, with the chicken satay, there's no pickled carrots, and the peanut butter sauce is more reminiscent of just peanut butter than sauce. The #30 barbecue is just plain 'ol teriyaki. Which is fine, but definitely what I've come to expect.
The sauces on the 2 noodle dishes we got, as well as the broth in pho, are overly sweet. Gone are the spices that add warmth and depth.
Eating off of flimsy plastic plates and bowls is tough. The plates are too small. The bowls are too narrow. This creates challenges eating your pho or trying to share your meals.
I still enjoyed the food. I'll probably go back. But this place used to be the pinnacle. Now they're just...
Read moreRip off place. We used to come here a lot but their prices have gone up a lot and their food has lost its quality. Not to mention their portions have gotten much smaller. But the final icing on the cake is their so call gift certificates. They get your money and if you do not use it all, pretty much the rest is stolen. I gave my wife one such $50 certificate but she only used half of it. She put it in her purse for later use. However every time we went back I would pay and she would figure she will use the remaining balance the next time. Well when she finally tried to use it, it was a month over a year and they said it expired and they would not honor. The employee at the front would not let us speak with the manager about it and pretty much told us he was the final authority on it and speaking with the manager would not change anything. Despite the fact that when my wife used part of it before, she was told not to worry about the date because they would still honor it. Yeah what a lie. Anyway save your money and your taste buds because this place is no longer worth the money for the level of quality and...
