I have been to many Wawa's over the years and this one is one of, if not thee worst location I have visited!! It is located at the extremely congested intersection of Rt38 and Matter Av/615. At best traffic is generally crazy at this intersection. This Wawa has two entrances. There is an entrance off Rt38 just past Marter Av. from the merge lane onto Rt38 for Marter Av. That's right, as you get over slowing down (speeds on Rt38 normally exceed the speed limit), to turn into the Wawa area, many cars will be turning on to Rt38 from Marter Av. onto the merge lane you are slowing down on. Surprise! There is also a dedicated oneway driveway (there is a sign), behind the Martin's Liquor store building which is a tight single lane past a very full parking strip to a stop sign to the rear of the Wawa off Marter Av. before the intersection with Rt38. OK now you are in! Good luck with parking at peak times.Ha. Careful people are backing out of parking spots in a hurry. So the building is one of the new designs. One entrance/exit, deli center and not the usual island check out. Join the crowd waiting for your order and if you pay while waiting good luck hearing your order called. O if you are a smoker make sure you are in the line on right. Now it's time to leave! OK. Again two options out. There is the same driveway from Rt38 of course right only towards Moorestown. You are pulling out onto the same merge lane you may have taken to pull in. Remember at peak times this option will have cars slowing to pull into the Wawa area and cars speeding up to merge in from Marter Av. There is also a driveway between the Martin's Liquor store building and the new (at time of this post not opened yet) Dunkin Donuts drive thru building onto Marter Av. This exit onto Marter Av. is really a right turn only (didn't see it posted), to turn left you would have to cross five lanes (1 right turn, 2 straight, 2 left turn), and double lines. Good luck. Just getting over to the left turn lanes with traffic is not fun. To recap: Going into the Wawa two driveways only accessable from Rt38 heading towards Moorestown and Marter Av. right turn lane once again onto Rt38 towards Moorestown. Getting out into both the same lanes going the same direction. This location is very similar to a turnpike rest stop. If you are continuing in the direction you came in from you are golden. OK. OK. There are Wawa's in other locations on high speed divided roadways. I have been to many. But mostly not at a crazy busy intersection not after the light. By the way that Dunkin Donuts drive thru I mentioned in this post that has yet to open. When that donut drive thru opens. Ha. As far as the staff, food, and building cleanliness, all good that's why 2 stars and not one. In closing I would like to make sure to point out that the Mt. Laurel Joint Land Use Board or Planning and Zoning Board's are ultimately responsible for...

The entire staff ignored me, not one person said hello. Had no problem talking to other employees but customers don’t matter or exist here. From fuel to deli, I am as inconsequential as the fuel or the products to the employees. They refuse to bag once bags are purchased, they refuse to say hello, if you try and get their attention you have committed a sin. Wawa has no customer service. I prefer going to minimarts where people know my name and say hello. The picture is what customer service is for me at Wawa, computer generated voice saying welcome to Wawa. The entire staff was having a jolly time in the back but not one person at the counter. This time no bag no service I did this all myself. If it was not close to my house on the way home from work I would have stopped at minimart and a Sunoco gas station and felt better now I gotta go to sleep with this unpleasant experience like I...

My wife has been ordering from this wawa (on the app) for I would say the past few months while at work and I will pick it up and drop it off to her in the morning (are little thing so I get to spend extra time with her)with almost no problems. These past few times I have visited store 3605 ON ROUTE 38 in MT LAUREL NJ 08054 Gently reminds me on why I go to Panera bread in Moorestown.I honestly go out of my way to get better service. The customer service was horrible.I ordered around 0655 on Sunday September 6th.I would say the customer service from the front counter all the way to deli I received was a horrible customer service Experience .The young lady that is supposed to be a manger was very rude.I did not enjoy my time at that wawa.I will never return and this is a friendly reminder on why I go to...
