Unfortunately, the Apple Air Pods I purchased for my son as a gift only had one pod in the box. Crazy, I know. But I watched him open it. When I took it back to Mt Laurel Target, Peter (a team lead) was extremely rude. He gave me a dirty look when I told him that one was missing, and I followed up by saying "it even had the plastic around the box". He replied, "oh that is funny because Apple doesn't wrap their stuff in plastic". He then proceeded to tell me the best he could do is to offer me store credit. Which would be fine, since I planned on rebuying a new set, however, the price was now 40 dollars more and he would NOT honor the price I purchased them at. I plead my case to him and slammed the box down and told me to take it to another Target to return if I didn't like what he was offering. He would not let speak to a manager nor provide his last name when I asked. I ended up returning for store credit and calling the Customer Service for help. They honored the price and apologized for Peter's behavior. Peter is a poor representative of Target and certainly should not be allowed to work in any type of Customer...

I loved that it was so nice and peaceful and quiet in the store that I can concentrate take my time I enjoyed it I would leave my house to have peace and quiet. not anymore! the music is terrible I hate the new mall vibe they gave it. it is so disgusting and I'm young I'm only 30!! they just lost a faithful shopper to even has the credit cards to their store I will be going back to Walmart sigh. Read moreI want to give a special recognition to Eman the security officer and Kierstin at the customer service desk. I apologize if I spelled your names wrong! Today my coworker dropped her badge in the store and the security officer found it and took it to customer service for her. She was so upset so I told her not to stress, I would go in the store for her and backtrack her steps. Eman must have realized I was there to find it and he was SO KIND backtracking with me and finding the correct person who safely locked the badge in a secure place. He took me to customer service and Kiersten was SOO kind and helpful also, she had a line of people , but knew my coworker called and also helped look for the badge. All while maintaining the flow of her customers in line (she had about 5) She was so kind to me and I asked her for her name and the guard so I can thank both employees.
