I've been meaning to write this for quite a while, but you know, weddings and what not.
I have worked with Darryl, Ben, Pat, and Calvin over the last 6+ months for my wedding, my brother's wedding, and another wedding I was in back in May. We (now wife, and I) met with Ben for our rental selections for our wedding, as well as my custom suit, and he made us feel extremely comfortable, as admittedly we both somewhat intimidated by the process at first.
Fast forward a little and I was supposed to be in a wedding May 21st for a friend of mine. Unfortunately, the coordination of the event was lacking, and I found out 2 weeks before the wedding I was supposed to have a black tux rented. Understandably I was panicking at first, but I came into the store and Darryl was able to secure me a tux rental. Not only that, but comparing my rental to the other groomsmen, I was told that mine fit the best by far and looked great! When I returned the rental the next day, I was so happy with it that Pat was able to put in the exact same measurements for my brother's wedding that was going to be coming up Labor Day weekend. To no surprise, it fit great and I was very happy with it.
I was just married this past weekend. As I mentioned, my suit was custom and not a rental, but it looked great. I did rent the vest and bowtie, which came in I think a week before the wedding, or maybe even further, and they matched so well (thanks Ben!).
I could go on and on, but I just wanted to mention that during the trips back and forth to this location this year, my wife and I moved away from the area, but because of the high-quality service of this location, I continue to make the drive to go back to them. In addition to all of the wedding related suits/tux rentals, I have begun getting my suits for work from there as well.

Read moreWhile the staff is extremely courteous and helpful I would advise going elsewhere for alterations. The first issue was the ticket for pickup was edited on our actual physical ticket but they did not update in the system so our suit was not ready on date needed as expected. I had to pick up the following day without my son available to try on. Day of wedding the top vest button was not sewn on fully and fell off as we were taking it off the hanger. Then we put the jacket on him and same issue with button we couldn’t even button it because it was hanging by a thread. Within twenty minutes 2 more buttons fell off. It looked awful! Which was really a shame after spending so much for the suit itself plus the additional 60+ for alterations.
When I called to make the appointment I gave the date of the wedding and there didn’t seem to be any issue with that so I wish that the staff member would have said that they were really busy and might not be able to have it done within that timeframe (about 3 weeks prior to wedding)

Read moreI normally get good service here but not lately. I've come twice when the ladies worked and they will just ignore you. Tonight, I was standing by the register and one lady walked over to the register so I waited for her to get ready but she just looked something up and walked right by me. She wasn't helping anyone. There were 2 other customers besides me and 3 employees. It wasn't until another customer came to her and asked her to check him out. She finally notices me and tells me to come around to her register. She starts helping the customer but he felt guilty and told me to go first but I told him it was ok. The older female employee could care less. The older male employee finished his customer and checked me out. I asked him if he could wrap it since it's a gift. He roughly grabs the shirts and throws it on the tissue paper and grabs like 10 sheets a tapes it but rips the paper and throws it in the bag. He asked if I wanted boxes like I annoyed him for asking to wrap it. I've come before during Christmas sales and they would wrap it without even being asked. I just said no and left.
