I went in for a check engine light. I've been having problems with engine misfire. I changed all the usual: plugs, wires, fuel filter and air filter. (Bought at another AutoZone.) But I was still getting misfire codes. I even took it to a mechanic for a detailed diagnostic. I was told then that I needed to change my coil packs. Once, completed, I still had my check engine light on. So, I stopped at the Mt Orab AutoZone. I told one of the guys, Robert S, that I had a check engine light on. He check and I still had engine misfire. So he looked up and checked my firing order. We found that cylinder four had blown the spark plug wire loose. Also, the spark plug itself was loose. Robert quickly set those to rights and the misfire was gone! I am so impressed with Robert S! Some of the guys at my usual store would not have taken care of my problem like this. Mt. Orab's Autozone is the best. The guys working there are awesome. On Friday night, about 9:40, I found my car was dead. I needed a new battery. I called Autozone and was told they had a battery for my car and they closed at 10. I removed the old battery and headed out. I called them and told them I was on my way. They told me I had 4 minutes before they closed. I was just down the road and was praying I would make it on time. Of course we hit every red stop light. When we arrived it was 10:02. Wouldn't you know it...they waited for me. I was so thankful. They had the battery sitting right there on the counter, tested my battery, told me it was toast, sold me a new one and carried it out to the car. What a great group of guys and wonderful customer service! Thank you guys...

My experience this day was pretty positive. My radiator has sprung a leak and was spraying onto my alternator which cuz my battery light come on my dash. Which I thought was very on is why I stopped to have it looked at. The young man waits and no time in helping me resolve the issue. The radiator cap seems like wasn't on quite right. A little sideways which could have been where I was spraying from was likely. But then he noticed there wasn't a clamp on the hose at the top on the right. so he went in and grab some clams and paid for them and he will write to work putting one on for me. Took him only about 20 minutes and I was back on...
