Would not recommend this Verizon store to anyone. Went in back in March to do the $830.00 trade in deal on my phone, was told I had to increase my phone plan to the unlimited plan in order to get the deal, and that the plan change would not cost me any extra, also for some reason that I would only get a $730.00 trade in for the phone. So I agreed to the deal. Even though it was $100 less that what the deal was. My next bill did not have the credit for the phone trade in on it, went back a different salesmen messed with my bill and I got a credit for the wrong amount. Went back again a third Salesmen messed with my bill added some perks and told me my bill was going to be lower than what it was originally supposed to be, gave me an extra credit that month for the trouble even. Then I got the bill after that and it was $100 more than it was suppose to be, and was missing my credit for the trade in all together. Went back and seen the original Salesman, and he said I was being charged a prorated amount for my plan for half of May, even though my plan was supposed to have been changed back in March, but aside from the prorated amount, I was being charged way more than my original plan that I was told by the salesman that would stay the same. and was still missing my credit for the trade in. He denied to me that he had told me that it would be the same amount back in March, and also denied that they offered a $730 deal only the $830 one. So I've caught him in several lies now. I finally talked with Verizon themselves as this is not a corporate store, and they told me the plan the store changed me too only give me a $415 credit and not a $830 credit. so I now will have to increase my bill again by $10 more dollars just to save another $1.52 a mount. The salesmen at this store tell lies after lies to get there phone sales out the door, the owner should be ashamed that these kind of things are happening in his store. I wish I could...

Last night after wasting time and money driving to a cooperate store in Eastgate I ended up at the Mt. Orab store. I was met by a very nice and polite young man who was more than happy to transfer the data from my old cell phone to my new phone. He was very informative and helpful and was a pleasure to deal with!! I definitely recommend going to the Mt Orab Verizon store!!
If you want service do NOT go here!!! My iphone recently started dying so I went to the Mt Orab store and was talked into a google phone it turned out that the phone was defective so I took it back 2 days later and was threatened with a $75 restocking fee!! Finally Joe agreed to let me get an iphone 8 and he acted like he was doing me a favor even waiting on me! Then he did not set my phone up completely! I told him I wanted him to set up the email, contacts etc!! NOTHING!!!!! He said it would take a while to download all the contacts etc. Well what I have found out is that if they do it at the store it does NOT charge against your data!! In 48 hours I went through 7 GB PLUS and NOW have been charged $15 per every 1 GB verizon credited my account! Plus I still have to add the rest of my contacts PLUS set up my email and who knows what else!! PLUS they did not have the screen protector so I have to go somewhere else to get that!! Helped with a few small items. Store lacks enough help so customers must wait. Twice this individual has had no lunch break and it was after 3 pm. It's difficult to work at a high level when you have no breaks. Stress level for employees must be over the top. However this individual handled himself very well. This store needs to assist with learning new devices. This is not offered here. Staff shows you once where to access something then onto where to access another thing. TMI at one time.
