Mi Camino Real — Restaurant in Mount Orab

It being our first time at this establishment, our first impression with our waiter,the staff, the atmosphere and the food was the best you could experience and I mean that.

Our waiter was friendly and and made sure we had what we needed throughout our experience. He was a rare gem, with old fashioned courtesy and hospitality. For him being so young, it was a nice breath of fresh air compared to most of todays youth in the hospitality business.

Our food came out so quickly that it was a pleasant surprise. And it was delicious. I think this has been the best Mexican cuisine I’ve had in some time. And not only was it good, but the price for both us was also a nice surprise. We walked out spending $24 on dinner, that hasn’t happened to us since before Covid.

Beautiful restaurant, clean, and comfortable temperature. You’ll feel comfortable here and get to enjoy looking at the art work on the chairs.

I definitely recommend coming here. The chicken chimichanga is also my recommendation.

Our family came here tonight for the first time as we were in the area. We visit a Mexican Restaurant pretty much everywhere we travel to.

Both our kids and us have unanimously decided this was the best so far. I genuinely wish we could pick up the entire restaurant, staff included and put it in St. Louis! Obviously we know that's not possible... but here was what we really enjoyed.

All of our food was fresh and incredibly tasty. There was something about the seasoning in all of our dishes which gave it an edge over other Mexican restaurants. Plus, everything was cooked to perfection.

Probably the biggest plus though was the service. I'm not sure of our servers name, but he was so friendly, great with our kids, on top of everything, and also managed to get my husband to have a 2nd Margarita (which never happens- but the Margaritas were great).

Overall we were very, very impressed and if we are ever in this part of Ohio again we will...

This was my first time and last time to eat here. It is not because of the food, because the food was very good. It was because of the rudeness. A group of us girls met there to show love and support to our friend that's having surgery tomorrow. After we finished our meal, the server came with our checks and we put our cards out and he came and got them. We proceeded to talk and console her as she became emotional and at first it was just the one server staring at us, but then 2 more came and were just staring at us, making comments, and then laughing. It wasn't like they were busy and waiting for a table because there were several empty tables. We then gave her some gifts and these 3 men were just pacing back and forth by us (not asking if we needed anything just pacing and glaring). We finally said this is uncomfortable let's just leave.
