Took my 2017 Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation, seen a 2013 Jeep that I thought about trading my Jeep in for...... that being said let me tell you how I take care of my Jeep and what they did to my Jeep and then what they did to the one that I was going to trader for. First of all they had my Jeep for 2 days for a oil change and a tire rotation. My 2017 Jeep is garage kept and only has 8000 miles on it, has never been in mud or salt been try to keep it in mint condition because it the 75th year anniversary edition.... plus I want to have it under coated before I run it through mud and would never drive it in the winter through salt.... When i stoped in to pick up my Jeep they had drove my Jeep through mud, the mud was on the driver side front and rear finders and the door, needless to say I was pi$$ed so they told me they would clean my Jeep inside and outside and fill it up with gas ( they only cleaned the outside and did not even put gas in it so I told the to forget the inside clean and fill up) and give me a vehicle to drive so I agreed and said I would take the Jeep that I was looking at for the trade. I was definitely traded down anyway after getting my Jeep back and after thinking very long and hard about the trade I decided to do the trade. I left the Jeep that I was get in the trade with them because it need A front wheel alignment and a front axle seal which was leaking so I left it with them to fix and clean and when I came back to do the trade they had sprayed something all over the rims which completely oxidized them so I told him I was not going to give them what they wanted for it after they ruined five rims that cost about three grand and they only offered to take $500 off. Needless to say I will never take my jeep back there for service or ever buy anything from them it’s no wonder they only have a two star rating very very poor service. The number you left in the message is the wrong number its the number for a credit...
Read moreI had made an online morning appointment for service that included issues I was experiencing with the Jeep’s auto start/stop feature and the radio. I was called later in the day (~1:30) when the service writer informed me that the JEEP was ready for pick-up/ work complete. When I questioned him about what was done to correct the two issues I had, he informed me that the auto start/stop was not working, and they were not able to repair it. He stated that they checked “codes” and voltages and that no issues were found. As such, they were not able to repair the auto start/stop. During this conversation, I asked if the JEEP factory technical representatives were contacted for support - I never got an answer. When I pushed, trying to understand and get this repaired, the service writer said that they could keep my JEEP for several days and try a few more things. However, he never actually suggested that as a solution. When it was clear that the Mt Orab JEEP service department no longer wanted to help me, I asked for the JEEP customer advocate phone number. He gave me a number to Mopar. I called the number provided and they said that I needed to call JEEP Wave/Customer Support. I contacted JEEP Wave customer support and opened a case for the failure to properly repair my JEEP’s auto start/stop. I had not heard from the dealership until Friday morning (2 days later) at about 9 a.m. The service manager called to tell me that my JEEP was ready. He informed me that it was repaired by charging both batteries. At no time during my communications with anyone at the Mt Orab JEEP dealership was there any concern for my inconvenience, delay in repair, or apology. After my vehicle was returned, I drafted an email of concern directly to the JEEP dealership in which they responded asking if all was working and that they would handle my...
Read morePlease purchase somewhere else. I ordered a 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. and could not be more disappointed with the quality of the service and sales teams. First off the Salesperson mislead what the expected fuel economy was. I was lead to believe I would receive 18-20 on the highway but I average closer to 16. There were also multiple problems with the vehicle, none of which they were able to correct. I ended up having to take my trick to a different dealership to find out that there were multiple Sofware problems, that would be resolved via a recall and over the air download. After all of this I was still willing to give them a chance to make it right. They offered to provide a hard folding tonneau cover. I was even asked to provide the exact model I wanted. I did this but once again they only provided lip service and I cannot even get a return phone call. The only time I have been able to get a response is if I go to the dealership, then they will say they will do something, but they don't. While I do love my Truck I have nothing but regrets choosing this dealership. I would have thought that when you spend $70k+ on vehicle they would at least attempt to treat you fair. For your peace of mind choose somewhere else to purchase you new vehicle!! I would give 0 stars if I was able.
Update: I did reach out to the GM of the dealership after posting this review. He stated he was unaware they they had not delivered on promises that had been made. Wishing 2 days they had started to process of delivering what was promised. Within 2 weeks it was installed. While I am still not planning on returning for my next vehicle the GM does seem like he cares and wants to do the right thing. For me at least that does...
