Stopped by yesterday 11/23. Went through drive thru....girl taking our order was pleasant. We ordered 2 hot gingerbread chai teas and one cold. The drive thru girl noticed the guy inside (note NOT Levi) made Two cold so she asked him to remake the one. She handed us the cold one and Said the other two would be right out. We ordered at 5:32pm. There was 1 person inside ordering and a line in drive thru, to note. About 5 min went by and the drive thru girl disappeared. Another few mins went by and the guy, not Levi, making our drinks puts the two remaining drinks on the drive thru counter and walked away....another 5 min.. and we watch the girl working drive thru clock out and leave. So when Levi walked over to drive thru I said excuse me a few times but he couldn't hear me. So I spoke louder and honked my horn once. It was followed by Levi flinging the window open asking me what my problem was. I said, my drinks have been sitting there for a while can we get them. He said "Lady we are busy and working on it" shut the window and walked away. So, I honked again and he came back telling me I needed to relax and they were busy. Meanwhile, like Levi should've just done, another girl came around the corner, put sleeves on our drinks and handed them to us. That's all we wanted There was a line of people behind us waiting, the girl that was initially working drive thru should have at least finished our order before leaving. I was so taken back by Levi's demeanor and he should most DEFINITELY not be working somewhere that he has to deal with people. He was incredibly rude, even the girl the finally gave us drinks (who looked like she was running the inside counter) apologized for the way he beh. But my experience was bad enough that I donāt think Iāll go back and if I do go back, Iāll walk out if the young man whoās name starts with an āMā is at the service counter. He could care less about what I wanted. He didnāt listen to me at all. I started out saying I want a venti size HOT mocha latte- even added that I prefer hot drinks. I told him I know raspberry syrup was discontinued a long time ago but Iāve had some success using strawberry ingredients for their Frappuccino to make a sweet berry mocha latte. He repeated my statement about the raspberry syrup and told me the closest he could get was brown sugar. WTH?! I pointed out that brown sugar isnāt a berry and he just repeated his statement saying he couldnāt make a berry flavored latte. So I ordered a different drink and he asked me what size. Did he not listen to anything I had said before?! While I waited I asked GPT if thereās a way to make the drink I wanted using Starbucks strawberry matcha ingredients. It said yes! See my picture. Since I did not have another 10 minutes to wait for a coffee, I asked if I could please just get a refund and they acted annoyed. I let them know it was only because I needed to get to work and had an hour drive ahead of me. They got a manager to come refund me and the manager acted very annoyed and mad that I asked for a refund, then proceeded to refund me the incorrect amount. I am very understanding to customer service workers, since I have worked in customer service for years.
