The lady at the service, I believe Michael was very nice and helpful. However maintenance could not fix the problem! The intruder alarms are going off at any time, anywhere at any hour. I left the Escape there for a week and they heard nothing?? I got home with the Escape and within a few hours the alarms and flashing lights started going off again?? Service said all systems checked out, just a loose battery connection, so they just tightened up the battery connection and monitored it for a week. I take the Escape home and off goes the alarm??? I had the service lady hook me up with a salesman to talk about a new or used ford truck. I was busy and I missed his phone call. When I saw him at the dealership he seemed a little taken aback about that call? He didn’t really want to talk about used trucks, the price difference is only $10k. Really?? Concerning a used pre 2013 Escape he said good luck?? Really?? He did give me a good price on 2025 F350 Lariate full cab, 8 foot bed with some bells and whistles at $67,000. But buy now before the interest rates go up, and the costs go up. He only gave me a printed estimate because he had really nothing else to do at the time. Really?? He seemed a little non interested in my wife and my interest in retiring and traveling in a truck with a Lance camper. I know I don’t look lIke a big spender, but the wife and I both have over 825 credit ratings and some savings. He seemed in it for the quick fast sale now with little effort from him. I guess that is how it is everywhere, but I will now talk to other ford dealers closer to where I live to see if they at least have some people skills and a more varied sales pitch. Read moreI hit a deer recently that totaled my car. They have a vehicle on their website I was interested in and so I called them. Landon answered the phone and helped with every question I had on the vehicle. He mentioned the price wouldn't go any lower than it was, and I was okay with that so I drove two hours out to see the vehicle.
I met him there and after testing the vehicle out and looking it over, it looked good and fair to the price. We started the purchase process and even though there was a moment i has to discuss with them about the monthly payment, Landon was patient, understanding, and did what he could in his position to get the monthly payment I needed (I had reach out to my indirect bank beforehand for a loan).
I double checked everything and it seemed fair and saw nothing shady that caught my eye. I finished the process with Landon and signed all my paperwork and left with the car after a few hours total being there.
Landon did a really great job that day working with me on this vehicle. As I said, he was very patient, understanding with my concerns, went above and beyond to get as close to the deal I wanted, professional, polite, had everything ready for me when i arrived, and was overall relatable and fun to talk to. I recommend prepping ahead of time going to dealerships, because it helped.

Read moreI brought my truck in for an oil change on a Friday. I have been using Beechmont ford since I purchased my truck there, so I thought Mt. O Ford would be as good. That was not the case. I set my appointment 3 weeks in advance, dropped my truck off on Friday of appointment, had a couple other things that needed attention. I was not contacted on Friday at all. I tried to call many times to see if my truck would be ready, but no one ever picked up or returned my call. I finally got through on Saturday, by using the parts department to get me to service, and was told that I would not have my truck until Monday because the tech had the keys and didn’t work weekends. In other words, I wouldn’t have my truck for 4 days! For an oil change!!! I asked for a call first thing Monday morning to give me an update. Got a call around 1pm asking what kind of oil I wanted in my truck. Lolol. They hadn’t even changed the oil yet! Also, I told them to use whatever oil Beechmont Ford had been putting in it the last 10 times I had it changed, since they’re the same company. I was told they didn’t know. This whole experience has soured any good that Beechmont Ford had built with me. Alicia, service writer, was very apologetic and seemed extremely overwhelmed. I felt sorry for her. That does not excuse the fact that my truck was basically stolen for 4 days.
