Starbucks — Restaurant in Mount Orab

Went to try the new summer berry drink with boba, I got my drink and it didn’t have boba in it. I asked them if it was supposed to have boba since that’s how they have it advertised and since the drink does have boba it’s a little more expensive compared to other drinks. They told me they were out and I told them that nobody told me they were out (because if they were out I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place). Wasn’t offered a refund. I had also gotten the orange cake pop and it tasted dry and my sandwich I had gotten tasted like it was sitting out, I had to throw it away...

Wont go back to Starbucks. My first and only experience. Early AM, I interrupted the worker from her conversation with a Kroger employee, so she had an attitude off the rip. I asked for an iced coffee with 2 flavors and some sugar, she said that the flavor liquids would be sweet enough and then proceeded to make my coffee, unbeknownst to me, without sugar. I paid and left and didnt take a drink till I was already out the door. She took it upon herself to decide what went in my coffee. Needless to say.....Dunkin will always be my...

I am shocked by the work of the people in this branch of the coffee shop. I ordered a large size coffee, they poured me half a glass and said: this is a large one. and a chicken and egg sandwich was thrown onto the counter like it was in the trash. the burger in the bag scattered, the bag was stained inside and outside with someone else's coffee.
