Would have happily given this experience a 5 star if it was still a walk in clinic - dont like the new reserve your time - not on time. We had the pleasure of meeting Mitch, he was absolutely wonderful with my child. He let him speak, asked him appropriate questions, only asked for my opinion of my child didn't really explain it enough. This makes me feel confident my child can explain himself and be responsible for his answers. The nurse and Mitch did some cultures tests and my child never complained. Mitch explained the medications being prescribed to me and to my child in a way he could understand. Explained to my child how and what he could do to prevent getting this illness in the future. I made an appointment online to be seen only to find out that the nurse working that day couldn't see me once I arrived because of the type of insurance that I have, when it clearly states online that they do accept it! She wasn't certified yet to see patients with that type of insurance but stated that if I hadn't had told her I had insurance she could have provided her services. They completely refused to treat me even after saying I'd just pay them cash out of my pocket. The sad part is I've gone several times in the past with the same insurance and had no issues. I'd recommend not wasting your time and just going to the urgent care...
Read moreWe called over 10 times to make sure the little clinic was open. Website said open. They did not answer their phone. Called the store said they were open. We went to little clinic at 1:40 sign said they were on brake until 2. So we waited at 2:18 the woman appeared say they were too busy and could not see my husband. A Kroger employee was sick and they were going to see that person that came after us. They told us to drive miles to another Kroger Little Clinic. That was our first and only experience with them. We will never try to use again. The worst recommendation you can give is 1 star. But deserves...
