Shoppers beware: Visited this store today while on our family vacation trip. This store has a lot so we typically spend a while shopping. Today while waiting on my wife to shop I noticed a young guy following me as I made my way around the store. From time to time I would carry items to my wife to look at, he would be steps behind me. This went on for about 20 minutes before I finally asked what he was doing. He blew it off as if he was not watching me. A few seconds later I joined my wife so we could ask me about a dress. She headed to the dressing room to try on and I continued browsing--relieved that this guy was finally leaving me alone. As I'm walking back towards the rear of the store, I see this guy opening the dressing room door where my wife is trying on clothes, saying, "sorry, didn't know you were in there". I accidentally spilled my coffee on the floor. A sweet older lady was ready to clean, hands and knees on the floor…seemed like no one else was there to help her. I asked another employee, named Rochelle, if I can help out because she was just standing around watching the older lady on her hands and knees cleaning with paper towels, Rochelle said in a passive aggressive manner…”YA, that would be nice”…as my baby was fussy already, and my hands full…
OK, Rochelle, let me get on my hands and knees to help this sweet older lady (which I did, baby fussing and my hands full) while you just stand there, and pretend to look for a mop. I have never been so embarrassed for an employee and their work ethic, she clearly has none.
Like, what? Why don’t YOU help your coworker that’s much older than you to clean up a customers mess, and not be rude to the customer. Walked out! And will not be returning to this location, thanks but no thanks, Rochelle. Sorry your day sucked, but don’t take it out...
