I had the pleasure of dining at Condado Tacos recently, and I must commend Texas, our server, for making our experience truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, Texas was nothing short of amazing. Her friendly demeanor and warm smile instantly made us feel welcome.
Texas displayed an impeccable level of attentiveness throughout our meal. She anticipated our needs even before we realized them ourselves, ensuring that our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Her attention to detail was remarkable, and she handled our requests with efficiency and grace.
Not only was Texas incredibly efficient, but she also took the time to engage with us in a genuine and friendly manner, enhancing the overall dining experience. Her knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations were greatly appreciated, and her passion for her job shone through in every interaction.
In a busy restaurant, it's easy for service to become impersonal, but Texas made us feel like valued guests. Her combination of professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness sets a high standard for service, and we left Condado Tacos with smiles on our faces thanks to her exceptional care.

Read moreThe gentleman at the Hyatt sent me here when I told him I was looking for Mexican food in walking distance. Place is cute and had a handful of tables. I ordered nachos and when they hadn’t arrived after about 40 minutes I inquired about them. The server told me that my order had gone in after a large to go order that had used all the chicken so they were making fresh chicken. About 5-6 minutes later and at the end of my second margarita the nachos arrived! I was so happy! Then….i ate one. They were ice cold. Every part from the “freshly cooked chicken” to the rice, beans, queso and elote corn. Coming from the restaurant world I can guarantee every item came straight from the prep fridge and straight to chips without heat added. I asked her to take them back to warm them and she did: she returned a few minutes later and I’m guessing she just stuck the pan under the heat lamp because they were not any warmer and the pan they were on was freezing cold. She asked if it was better, I said a little and asked for a box to take them with me. I really didn’t want them but I paid for them and can’t afford to waste the money. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. Nachos and 2 Margaritas came to $42 with tip. Not worth $10...
Read moreNot sure what happened since other reviews are so good but it was a weird experience for us. The place was pretty empty with lots of tables with trash still on them, inside and outside. There were three entrances but we couldn’t figure out where to go bc the host stand is unassuming and there was no one around. We finally went and asked a lady who had started cleaning a table where we could check in. They sat us next to the only table that had people-there were at least 25 other open tables-right by an open door and it was freezing. The server was kind enough but we missed refills on drinks and food. The food was mostly bland-plain white rice with no seasoning. The chips and queso were good. When we were finished we waited quite awhile for the check when finally someone came over and started clearing dishes and got us our check. I think it was the manager and she could tell we had been waiting awhile by the way she greeted us. Based on this experience we would not be back but we’re from out of town. Bummer we wasted a meal out...
