Cava offers a customizable Mediterranean dining experience that blends bold flavors with fresh ingredients, making it a go-to spot for a satisfying and healthy meal. The build-your-own bowl concept lets diners craft a dish tailored to their taste buds, and the options are nothing short of incredible. Starting with a base of fragrant Saffron Basmati Rice, the foundation is already set for a flavorful journey. Add traditional hummus for a creamy texture and Crazy Feta for a tangy kick—this duo delivers an indulgent burst of flavor. The Harissa Honey Chicken is a standout protein option, perfectly cooked and seasoned with a balance of smoky heat and subtle sweetness. What truly elevates the bowl are the toppings. The fiery broccoli packs a punch with its smoky, roasted profile, while the fire-roasted street corn adds a touch of sweetness and charred perfection. The cabbage slaw ties it all together with a refreshing crunch that contrasts beautifully with the other components. Cava doesn’t stop at bowls; their beverage options are equally impressive. Maine Root drinks, with their natural sweetness and vibrant flavors, are the perfect complement to the bold Mediterranean flavors of the bowl. Cava excels at offering variety without compromising quality, creating a meal that’s as nourishing as it is flavorful. Whether you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just looking for a fresh and hearty option, Cava is a place that lets you create your perfect meal every time.

My review is based on two separate visits from visits to CAVA. My first visit was on January 18, 2025, within the last hour of closing. While waiting for my order, I saw one associate cleaning the restroom. Cava is clean. Therefore, I assumed the food was less than par because the team was breaking down the storage of the service area. On the second visit, I decided to use Cava’s App. I told the first person I placed the order online but wanted to add it. The server promptly gestured that I went to the register and that the cashier would add to my order. I ordered through the app at 6:05 p.m., and the pickup time was 6:45 p.m. I walked back in at 6:23 p.m. and waited in line, only for the server to avoid me and ask the lady behind me,” How many times have I helped you?” Once the manager realized I was Typing feverishly on my cell phone, she asked if she could help me. I said, “Sure, YELP wants to know if you have Free Wi-Fi.” The manager answered my question and quickly walked in the back. I only tried them because my new colleagues spoke highly about the food and the lavender drink. As a side note, the lavender drink is delicious! The parking lot is spacious and free.

I am not quick to complain about a restaurant but this is the third time I’ve had a terrible experience of waiting over 30 minutes past quoted time for my food and then having it be made incorrectly, undercooked, and way too small of portion and missing parts. The manager was kind and I feel bad for her but I plan to be done with Cava forever after this, idk what the issue is but it’s way too expensive for me to have had this many bad experiences. I had taken only the one bite of meatball you see in the photo, the bowl should not be that empty for the price it’s insane. Also missing my garlic sauce, wrong rice, skimped on the veggies, missing tomato and onion completely, and the meatballs are burnt outside and undercooked inside.

My family loves CAVA for dinner- especially when busy with after school activities. We will DOOR DASH our order (b/c this store offers no DOOR DASH pick up). We haven't ordered in a few years b/c this location kept leaving things out of our order and then DOOR DASH no longer has a human to speak with and will only refund you not even 25% of the of missing items. But we recently have started giving them another time. CONVENIENTLY, DOOR DASH drivers aren't allowed to verify correct items are in the bag even though they were the ones that have the most accurate account of what the customer has ordered and PAID for (my driver tried to check, but the one of the cashiers with a tattoo on her neck was very rude and dismissive to my driver and wouldnt let her check) . last night, my boys had hockey- we were getting home late so wanted to have dinner waiting when we got home. I want to get them fed and to bed, so I carefully placed my DOOR DASH order with drinks for all of us and 3 bowls to arrive around when we would get home.

We arrive at our house and my son says, "Mom, they only gave us 1 drink." I look in the bag and there were only 2 bowls. I open my order on my phone to make sure I DID NOT make the mistake .. and sure enough my $90 order is missing roughly $30 worth of food and beverage. I went in to the app and DOOR DASH would only refund me $7!!!

This has happened several times from this location (we've been to other CAVA's). I was so annoyed. I drove to the restaurant, they couldn't refund my order and just gave me coupons. The manager on duty said something to do tight their printer - they didnt see the whole order, BUT GUESS WHAT??!! IF THEY had let my driver SHOW THEM MY ORDER ON DOOR DASH- which was the MOST ACCURATE- THIS WOULDNT HAVE HAPPEND! but instead she was pushed off and sent on her way.

My point is, If you are so busy, DONT OFFER DOOR DASH! tons of restaurants shut off the door dash when they are busy, or offer pick up ONLY! OR if you REALLY cant manage this, don't offer door dash AT ALL!

So now I'm simply going to dispute the charge with door dash. it's absolute garbage that a restaurant can make such a reckless and COSTLY mistake to the customer. and they can take it up with the restaurant if they want.

I really need to stop patronizing this location. We are gluten free and dairy free- and CAVA gives my family a quick easy dinner when we are in a pinch, so this is highly frustrating that we have to shorten our already short list of options. But this nonsense with our door dash orders has just been ridiculous too many times. Dear CAVA Corporate, Find a new general manger...

I’m not sure what this was about but I am a door dasher, picked up an order from the Italian pizza spot right next to Cava, always nice and respectful. Then I go to Cava to get my next customer’s order. I wait by the pickup area, as my order is not yet ready and isn’t ready five minutes after waiting to grab someone’s attention to see the status of my customer’s food.

Two more people stand beside me, one a woman who apparently dropped some toast, and a man who stands in front of me to get his pickup order, not a dasher.

The older Caucasian gentleman who works here around lunch time addresses the man first, brings him his food. Totally ignores me. I stood closer to the counter trying to get his attention on my now late order. He continues to ignore me. The pleasant sounding woman behind the counter addresses the woman behind me looking for another piece of toast.

No one, not a soul addressed me. Keep in mind I have a pizza bag in my hand in bright red that says door dash, so it’s obvious why I’m there. I’m not trying to cut the line, just simply ask where is the order they should’ve already made. There’s bags with receipts behind the counter, my customers food could have been there getting colder and colder, and no one gave a single you know what.

By then I had to let the order go so my other customer wasn’t waiting any longer. Waste of time for everyone involved and this will be the last time I take orders from here, as it’s almost always like this where I struggle to get someone’s attention here and they act like I’m bothering them, but it was never this bad till yesterday.

I am basically an ambassador for your customers. I am not someone you should...

I entered this location at about 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday night. It was a little busy and the line was backed up. Most people were waiting on chicken for their bowl/pita. I observed one girl seemingly working hard while everybody else just stood around. There was only one person in the kitchen. The manager on duty seem to be doing inventory and later I saw her sitting down. She was no assistance to her team which was wild to me, especially seeing how busy it was. When the proteins finally started coming from the kitchen, it was still a mess because the bar was not stocked with the ingredients needed, even though they had plenty if time to do so while waiting on chicken. Also there was one worker making to go orders who cut into the line for the restaurant orders and we're making the other workers confused. Bowls were getting mixed up, simply because she wasn't at her designated to-go bar area. The workers were constantly talking to one another and not necessarily the customer and it was quite annoying. They had no regard for the customers time. The customersin front of me exhibited great patience with these workers. They were clearly busy with the line that was more than out the door and nobody seemed to really care. They were out of a few items including pita chips which is one of the highlights of eating at Cava. They said the fryer was down..I honestly don't believe them. Luckily the food still tasted good but I definitely missed my pita chips. Had this been my first experience at Cava, I would likely not return just based upon the atmosphere and the attitude of the workers but this is not my first time at Cava and I will return to...
