This furniture store is amazing. Very friendly, not pushy, listened to what you needed/wanted and gave you choices. My mother is 5’4” and Heather directed us to a chair that actually fit my mother. Gave us time to look around without pressure. Found a couch we liked, then found another we liked better with buttons mom could reach to recline. Next was looking for a bed. We found one we liked then Duane showed us the different options we could have. I would have never thought about a bed that hugged the wall when it sat up to keep you close to your night stand, perfect for her cpap machine. We had a house fire recently and lost everything. I have dreaded looking for replacement furniture. This was our first stop and then we were heading to Burlington. But, it ended up being our first and last. Thank you Duane and Heather for making our day easier. When it is time for more furniture, we will definitely be back. But getting mom taking care of was priority on my list. Updated review. I ordered a sofa in April, and was told I wouldn't be getting the sofa until September. Being in the middle of a pandemic, and being covid related I was completley ok with that. However September had passed, and by October I had to call asking where my sofa was. That was when I was informed I wouldn't be getting my sofa until december. It wasn't until I left a bad Google review that I got a call back. Saying another customer had ordered the same exact sofa, same exact fabric, but with different pillows, and that they could deliver that to me and swap out the pillows when the correct ones came in. I'm skeptical to say the least, and assume they just messed up my order but wouldn't own up to it. I love supporting small business, but I don't think I'm going to purchase from them again when I replace my mom's recliner this Christmas. At least the delivery...

Recently bought a bed frame/mattress and a few dressers. The dressers and bed are fine, minus a few nicks in the dressers witch is probably expected when buying floor models. But the real problem lies in when they delivered the product. They were unprofessional, not in a mean way but not respectful of my property as they did a good amount of damage to my walls and stairway railing this really sucks since I just purchased this home barely 24 hours before.
