Spoke with them over the phone told them I wanted synthetic and they quoted me a price of over $70. When I got the bill it was 50 something dollars which means it was not for the synthetic. I said I thought you're putting in synthetic and his answer to me was "I don't remember what I say or who I spoke to on the phone" yet when I came to give them my keys they automatically knew my name so why wouldn't they have put down what he quoted me and the amount or spoke to me about it when I was giving them my key to begin with. I called on a Friday afternoon for an oil change app. The guy who answered the phone said come in at 4. So I did. Dropped my car off, the customer service was excellent . Came back half hr later car was ready. I drove it home. Come Sunday morning I drove to work, a customer came in to let me know I had a puddle of oil under my car. Being as I am a little car smart I climbed under my car to see they didn't tighten the oil filter. They are closed on Sunday so I will update you as soon as I talk to them shortly to see...

Always the best choice in Mount Shasta, this place is a Shasta icon and I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. In a town where gifted businesses earn local loyalty, the Pit Stop knows how to continue the tradition once started by Freeman's Lube, this is why I continue to have my business vehicles serviced here and no where else.
