We dined at Baldovinos last week. It was a great experience! It feels like a neighborhood restaurant. It’s chic, it’s fun, the service is great, the food is delicious, they have a good wine list and the owner Sue Baldo makes you feel at home. We started with the Arancini, and shrimp, both delicious, The salad was dressed with one of the better dressings I’ve ever had! For entrees we ordered the Drunken Lamb, Wagyu Beef and the Halibut. Absolutely fantastic. One of the best dinners I ever had. I'm not doing the names any justice on these fantastic dishes. Every element in these dishes is carefully thought through, seasoned to absolute perfection and every bite is a dream. The attention to detail, thoughtful service, and amazing wine options makes this a true GEM in Mount Shasta. If you have not tried you are missing out and if you are passing through this is a must while visiting.
