Again Thrift Shop — Local services in Mount Vernon

This used to be one of my favorite thrift spots for years until pricing got way out of hand! I understand that curated thrift stores are going to be priced higher because of the work that goes into sorting and possibly mending/cleaning but it’s getting a bit ridiculous.

After transfer of owners, the shop prices being upped were justified by “higher quality pieces” but stock has stayed relatively the same. We’ve seen a lot of fast fashion brands on the racks then and now which doesn’t really align with their reasoning. Because their pieces are priced so high, there’s not a huge visible turnover rate either and we end up seeing a lot of the same stuff each time.

Hoping they adjust soon because we love the vibe! The pricing is just not it...

I’ve gone a couple times now and I can’t actually give a full review because I’ve yet to step inside and that’s due to them being closed despite there business hours stating there open online and store front I went today before 4 and they were closed which was supposed to be open until 6 have tried three times now with same result can’t count on there posted hours very...

My all time favorite place to thrift in mount Vernon! Great options and mostly affordable! Great sales and staff! Very responsive to messages on their IG page and after a few visits, the owner remembered me! Makes me feel like a valued customer and like they actually enjoy their business! Love the whole vide...
