I just had probably the best customer service experience of my entire life at Dean's Jewelry in Mount Vernon.
Due to some unforeseen life circumstances, my fiancée and I needed wedding bands immediately. We traveled all over Columbus searching for something we could take home the same day, but kept coming up completely empty-handed.
In desperation, I made a phone call to Dean's—and that’s when everything changed. The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. She assured me they had options available for us and said they'd be ready for our visit. She was honest, transparent, and calming from the very first conversation. I already felt at ease before we even walked through the door.
When we arrived, we met Jeff, the manager—and that’s when this already great experience reached an entirely new level. Jeff was friendly, accommodating, and professional in a way you rarely see in business today. He took the time to walk us through all our options and went far above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
To give you an idea of just how far he went: when he found out we were in a rush, he even let us know that one of his staff members was ordained and would be happy to sign the marriage license if we needed it. That kind of thoughtfulness is unmatched.
The variety and quality of the products they offer is exceptional—there are so many beautiful options at all price points. We found exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to Jeff’s attention to detail and genuine care, we left feeling 100% confident and well taken care of.
I truly can’t express how grateful I am to Jeff and the entire team at Dean's Jewelry. Their kindness, professionalism, and above-and-beyond service left an impression I’ll never forget. They’ve earned a lifelong customer in me, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Many people hold the thought of "I am the customer and I am always right" however I do not share in that same attitude or mind set.
I believe that if YOU choose to go to into any type of a shopping business, jeweler, grocery store, fast food, restaurants etc. and you are not pleased with the service than you should ask to see the manager or supervisor so it can be addressed and at that point and still not getting the help you think you should than you should leave, however keep in mind you went into that place of business on your own descisson.
These folks at Dean's Jewelry have assisted in repairing and cleaning my jewelry.

On 4 seperat occasions in which they are all over 30 yrs old.
With every time I was more than satisfied not only for their services but as well they're understanding of what my fewlery meant to me personally and emotionally and more importantly of the priceless value that could not ever be replaced.
I was reassured they would take the up most care and precautions and they put my mind to ease.
I truly believe Dean's Jewelry will put that type of service, care and one on one to every one that enters.
On a scale of zero to ten I would give them a nine (9) as I believe we all have room to grow and we are always learning.
I will continue to go in the future whether it will be for a new purchases or care and repair.
