Terrible customer service I've been on phone now for over two weeks trying to get the right device. They sent me a jet pack to my Montana address instead of my new Google phone . And want to change me 509 for a device I didn't asked for nor was I at my Montana address to receive. Since customer service can't figure it out they turned it over to the fraudulent department Ive been on spin for two weeks over 70 hours of my phone time and now cheap phone I bought at Walmart . In which now the people at Walmart not only did they get my name , address wrong again for the third time . My service is all screwed up and I'm told I owe money for a phone that I bought in January. For 5.34 lol. Plus restocking fee of 49.00 for a jet pack I never in ordered. While at Verizon store on sunset Bellingham they would let me look at the screen with my info lol. I've waisted over 70 hours of my time and still not fixed I've lost out on over 50,000 in auction items because that info was on my phone that was broken . That Verizon owes me for. Plus all my time. . gas stress . And just plain garbage spin no wonder they get sued...

We wanted to buy 2 new iPhone 12 Max Pros. My husband and I have both been on our parents’ lines for several years, and are ready to start our own family plan.
We have heard Verizon is the best. Unfortunately, tho, we have had SUCH an impossible time trying to even start a new Verizon account!? Insanity. Already this last week — tried to use the Verizon app on iPhone and it did not work (app is just sending us thru loops of signing in to our Verizon account which we do not yet have), and also, we called the customer service (two different service reps were supposed to call us back, instead they keep postponing via text since last week). Today we tried to just go in to the store in person, here in Burlington, but this experience was ridiculous.
This is all so absolutely confusing and horrible that we will just take our business to another company.

   Read moreI have been with Verizon for over 20 years now and dealing with the Mt. Vernon store has made me want to dump this company. After buying a phone from this location and having the employee not activate the phone with the $75 cash we gave him, caused me to have to pay another $75 for activation at another store, they also didn't apply the $5 cash for phone damage protection. After having the phone for 14 days and several visits back and forth to the store for non-functioning phone issues, they worked very hard to AVOID helping me solve my problem. The phone died and then started to heat up, the phone was taken apart and the battery removed. I do understand the reason they didn't want to do anything for us but since we had several issues with the phone you would think they would try to stand by their product. The best results they could do for me was to try to get me to buy another phone from them. I think they should have their Verizon affiliation pulled. Shut down this useless store, or at the least fire all employees...
