Asian Grill & More 1 — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

So we had been going to Bite Pho because there no good Pho in Oak harbor where I live and the last time I went it was pretty bad the smell and taste and atmosphere. So I Google Pho near and this place came up. So I decided to go today and realized this is the place I should have been going the whole time. Authentic genuine Pho is served here by wonderful hard working people! Very pleasant banter with the person serving us .. I should have got her name dang it lol! I had a large Pho Tai and I have zero regrets the broth is very good , the noodles were not mushy and had a nice texture to them the meat was tender and raw just like it should be! ( it cooks in the broth) lots of other wonderful selection of foods too like Bahn mi sandwiches and spring rolls and such . I can't wait to come back for another bowl!! The food is no doubt delicious!!! However the customer service needs work. There is only one waitress, as of what I’ve seen with my own eyes. She doesn’t seem interested in seeing if you need anything else. However, she seemed a little more attentive to certain customers. Even as I choked on chili oil, she didn’t seem interested in offering more water. One time I asked for more chili oil, as I ordered a large bowl of pho (really good pho), she acted like she was irritated. The first time I went I thought I was being too “sensitive”, but when I returned the second and third time… my assumptions turned into realization. Regretfully, I will not be returning no matter how good the pho is.. I’ll travel to Lynwood where there is a pho place just as great with better customer service.I regret every tip ever given honestly. I’m just not the type of person that could be severed food and...

This place is one of my most favorite places to grab a bite to eat here in Mount Vernon. The spicy chicken sandwich is really my normal go to I can honestly say that is what i buy there almost every time i have ever gone there. I've also had thier shrimp spring roles and those are nice i really like the sauce that they give with them. It's something about the crispness of the lettuce that I like when biting into it. But if your looking to have your taste buds hit the spot woth satisfaction I would say this is the place to go.
