Best Teriyaki — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I stopped in tonight to grab dinner on my way home from work. I paid by card and their card reader was acting up. I was told it had been doing it for days. The employee turned off/on the card reader. When it came back on my transaction wasn't showing, but when I checked my online banking the charge was there. The employee called the owner who wanted me to leave my card # and expiration. I was not comfortable with that for obvious reasons. I was then told I had to wait for the owner to come to the restaurant. I waited. They came and was very rude to the employee while she tried to explain what had happened. She had done nothing wrong. I had done nothing wrong. He then wanted me to let him write down my card # and expiration. I said no and explained my discomfort with giving a stranger my bank card information. He got very rude and said "I'm the owner" My only other option was to pay a 2nd time, which I did not do. I let him look at my online banking and his employee took a photo of it. I was still expected to pay twice. So after 50 minutes I left without my food and my bank account is still showing the charge as being deducted from my account. Very...

I have been here a few times but rarely go since I don't live close. Last night, we decided to give it a try again. We spend almost $60 for just the 2 of us, so I don't think we will be returning anytime soon. We spend like another $20 at other places and are able to get my kids something as well.

My bf ordered Mongolian beef and thought it was going to look like it does in the picture they have (lots of onion and chili pepper). Unfortunately, it didn't look like he had hoped. It was missing more pepper. The soy sauce given with the meal was not very good either (seemed watered down).

I ordered chicken terriyaki and a side of egg rolls. My chicken tasted a little flavorless, so I didn't even finish my meal, and it actually tasted a little better reheated in the microwave the next day unless it was just my hunger. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Over priced garbage. When I went to pick up my order I was way over charged and when I asked why they tried to say they put two things together to make the one order so I was charged for both. I got chicken and yakisoba. Super simple was on lunch and didn't have time to argue so just called it whatever and paid the extra. Super disappointed to get back and it was DISCUSTING!!!
