Not very happy with the service I received Tuesday 12-11-18. I came in to pick up some resumés for a job interview in Bellevue. When printing I ordered online. Six copies of my resumé at three page each. When originally printing they only printed 6 pages total. They asked for clarification which was good and fixed the problem. What was really why they are getting two stars from is that I got to my interview and none of them were stapled. I put all of the information into the system online saying exactly what I needed, how many pages, how many copies, I paid for each individual staple. I arrived at my interview and had to scrap all of my resumés. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and the woman running the printing, and faxing flat out said no. She was short, condescending, and disingenuous. When I explained how I trusted that they had me prepared for success and that I had paid 13-15 dollars for these and that I was not happy her response was "so do you want a refund....or what?". I was so absolutely frustrated with it. I decided to just inform them that they needed to be more careful because her tone proved I wasn't going to get anywhere with her, and I was denied to speak to someone in charge. I came from about an hour away to have something printed for a memorial service. Apparently there was some sort of miscommunication between the person I spoke with the previous day on the phone and the staff that day, and it seemed like what I needed was going to be a much longer/ more involved process than I had been told. I was stressed, and I'm sure a little rude. Natasha was so kind and really went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. It wasn't like she had nothing else to do, either! She was BUSY running around taking care of other customers, answering the phone. She was so kind and thorough with everyone.

He makes not only comfortable, at home, but also makes my needs are met, by answering all questions and my inquiries I for him every time I set foot in there almost. I would have to say vow that Keven Schnieder is the "BEST EVER" day time manager off the charts. He's always very personable, detail orientated, very, very knowdgeable everything in the store.
