We just moved here in January and we had been in search of good food for date nights and family outings and being picky eaters as im a very good cook in the family and my hubby just plain picky or more so stingy you know not to much salt nothing under or over cooked and must have amazing flavor kinda picky which is a good thing in my opinion but hard to eat out cause when u pay for food and you like it to be at least worthy it can be hard these days people slack cut corners hire bad waiters and waitresses and so on, well this place the serves amazing food even better and well priced for so far we have gone 3 times once with group for family birthday and I'll tell you what not one complaint we all loved it and the birthday deseret was amazing and fun, we not once got treated rude even when I felt we asked to much no they literally helped us light all 31 candles on a cake I got for hubby, they brought extra plates and forks for it and I didn't even ask, they helped cut it and put up with all of us and with a smile whole time. Iv gotten nachos 2 times both bomb, the fajita bowl was really different but yummy and family got carne asada I wanted it, it looked so good and my hubby got a burrito his tiny belly ate every bite and he is a 5'6 137 lb guy so he loved it. The servers do not and have not missed a refill in a soda yet and again all so kind if I move I'll still be back in summer when I head to mountain for camping. it's a must try place and iv found some really bad Mexican restaurants and some ok and some great, this is one of the great...

As someone new to the area, I've been checking out a lot of the restaurants. I'm happy to say that most of my choices have been great (COA, AME, Shima, Train Wreck, Rachawadee, etc).

However, I'm sad to say that's not the case with this place.

It was 75% empty (see pic). There were only 2 people on the floor. My server didn't take my drink order until I put in my food order (poor form). Service was spotty (one person busting butt, the other was...not) and they're definitely understaffed.

They provided some chips and salsa that were tasty enough.

However, each time my food arrived, the plates we're hot af. Seriously. It burned my arm when I brushed it with the lightest touch. Whyyyyyy?

My quesadilla was supposed to be with chicken but showed up with cheese only (but correctly charged later). No biggie. However, they seem to have microwaved it rather than putting it on the grill, which is...just not okay. It was a sad showing surrounded by a pitiful spoonful of aging guacamole and sour cream.

The chipotle cream chicken was not creamy and, instead, was swimming in something more like a bbq sauce with a tiny bit of chipotle favor and heat. (Sad face) The "meat" was super thin and really overcooked. Honestly, it was unrecognizable. It came with an odd sour cream-based coleslaw that was okay. Beans were okay and covered with cotija, but also borderline overcooked.

For a cheese quesadilla and something resembling chipotle chicken with a drink, it was $42 (before tip). I won't be back unless they do a...

I tried this restaurant for the first time on my birthday and the waitress was not friendly since the beginning she did not bring us glass of water to our table at first I dirent mind .since I wanted to enjoy my b-day so we all ordered our food but when I asked to get a small regular qesadilla for my 6 yr old it was fine but the waitress said my 10yr old could not get a small chicken qesadilla 🤨 she had to get the big combo qesadilla .And obcourse I asked so what age does she have to be?she told me in a rude tone she cannot get a small kid qesadilla .and also my older teen daughter had to order a big bowl of pozole because their is no small bowls .after waiting like more than 40 mnts we got our drinks and the rumchata was good but way to small for what we paid for and we asked the waitress how mutch was the drink and she said I don't know 🤷‍♀️lol ! So overall idknow if I would come back honestly the food was mid not all that good I ordered chile rellenos and they were not that great and the rest of the food we ordered was so so not worth the 178 dls I paid for my family to go in and eat I don't know the waitress name but she was light skined and had color eyes and a scar in her chest so if you get her as a waitress I suggest pick...

I used to come here as a younger man. The ownership has changed but this place is just like I remember. Legit. Big portions which are really delicious. The service is on point and they have a sweet little bar in the back with a pool table. All in all a reasonable place that you can have a nice time. #20 beans, rice, taco with chicken, chili Reno (super good) and a beef enchilada. Free chips and salsa.

Me, my mom, and my nieces mom went to dinner here for Cinco De Mayo. I had.made reservations for 6. The atmosphere is authentic, friendly, the food is GREAT! The prices are comparable to other restaurants but the portions are so big it's like paying for one and getting one free. We had a great waitress. We ordered virgin Pina colada and they were delicious! I will definitely eat there again.
