Definitely some of the best customer service ever! This man is the nicest and provides customer service that you definitely don’t get anywhere else, He goes to extreme lengths to satisfy customers, I was looking for specific pants and sizes for my boyfriend and he even called other places to find specific pants and sizes after he went through so much to find some pants I wanted to get for my boyfriend. I didn’t want to go anywhere else and decided to get the carhartts there cause He went to such lengths to satisfy a customer even if it means helping them spend their money else where to get exactly what they need , that’s when I knew I wanted to buy the pants from him there. The pants are amazing quality and my boyfriend wants to go back to buy more. I’m so glad I went here to buy them and don’t think I will go anywhere else! I believe the man is the owner I don’t know if he is or not but he’s amazing and I’m so thankful for him and glad I went there! I don’t ever take the time to fill out these review things but this man definitely deserves it I couldn’t help but take the time to fill out a review , it’s the least I could do especially with all the time he took just to help me find pants! BEST shoe service we’ve EVER had!!! Shout out to Mr. John, educated both my husband and I on proper shoe sizing, walking gait, pressure points (second picture shows his system to help aid and educate picking soles for foot pressure/posture), what to expect from each boot and shoe composition when it came down to picking the perfect fit/durability. Although not a Doctor he is a well of knowledge and great wisdom with cautionary tales (30+ YEARS YA’LL) of less fortunate feet that didn’t get the care attention we all should. My husbands learning what’s the right shoe for him in a new field of the Union, wear and tear is different at his job and John helped tremendously set him up for success & even trimmed his new soles for his boots. I also want to say I noticed John was equally attentive to incoming costumers. You can expect a zero pressure and absolute professional service. COME SUPPORT!!! My girlfriend and I stopped in last week, simply to browse since we hadn't ever been in before. We got to talking with John about the issues I've been having with my feet and current set of boots; he had a vast amount of knowledge, and a fancy machine thingy, that helped "read" my foot and gait. He had multiple different styles, sizes, widths, etc etc anything you could ever really need. Time was short for us so we had to leave without purchasing anything; this did not seem to bother John at all, he was happy to have simply helped us.

My very next work day, I put on my old crusty pair of work boots and experienced all my usual problems with them. So as soon as I was off, I headed straight back to Work Outfitters. John was once again a pleasure and got me into the perfect boot. There was never any felt pressure to make a sale, no price gouging or upselling, he really wanted to make sure I was taken care of; and I was!

This very well may be the best customer experience I have ever had. Stop shopping at the big box stores, digging through piles of boxes with no one to help in sight, or online where you can't even sniff the boot if ya wanted to. Come see John and I guarantee you will not be...
