Grace On Main Boutique — Local services in Mount Washington

My & Mom I used to absolutely love Grace on Main. We felt it was Mt Washington's best kept little secret. The first incident happened in May when I was at the check out making a rather large purchase. As each item is being rang up, the size is being announced to the other patrons roaming the small store. When the cashier comes to a particular shirt, she tells me that she is 100% positive that it won't fit me, because it was a medium, which is what I wear, but she assured me I needed an x - large. Can you guess what that looks like on me? It was just a few weeks later that she did the exact same thing to my Mom in front other patrons. Only this time it upset my sweet Mom, and really angered Daughter Bear. My Mom just moved to Mt washington a year ago & doesn't drive into Louisville alone anymore. So my Mom being able to actually have a nice place to shop that isnt Walmart was so nice. For her & I to be treated this way is unprofessional & unacceptable. Why do you have a return policy on your receipt if you're determined to make sure you don't have to do any work for a return customer?

I have really struggled with whether or not to write this review, simply because of how many people I know that shop here, and the repercussions of my honesty. But that's exactly what it is...

Grace on Mainbis fantastic!!! I had a wedding to attend and didnt have the time to run to town. A friend of mine always talks about this store so I gave it a shot. I'm beyond impressed. I got my whole outfit for less than $50!!!! I grabbed my cute little dress off the clearance rack for $10 and my poncho was close to $32. The store is just so darn cute. The owner is super sweet and knowledgeable and so helpful when picking out something. We needed a spot like this in town. The quality of the clothes are exceptional!! Stop by and check it out soon!!! And the yummy smell when you walk in the door is from a little hometown secret called The Candle Barn. Perfectly scented. What ya waiting on, go!!!...
