I've had Verizon for 15 years. I went in to discuss some bad phone service I was having at my house. I had gone there before for the same issue and they have always, at least, checked my settings and refreshed my signal to the local towers. Not this time, the representative was rude from the minute I walked in. I told him I had an appointment and he made a rude comment saying I didn't. He refused to even look at my phone telling me to call the customer service line. I confirmed that he wouldn't even look at it and he said No! I then mentioned going to AT&T and his response was, "go over there then". I said I would be taking 6 lines with me and he barked, "that's fine"! I showed up at the verizon store 15 minutes before close and hoped they could help! Robert went above and beyond and got me squared away. he stayed almost 2 and a half hours past closing and was determined to help me in every way he could. Thank you, Robert!
