New Happy Garden — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered food here that I wasn’t satisfied with because it wasn’t what I ordered, and when I called to just ask for a refund for that part of the order, the girl on the phone freaked out yelling and wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to say, she then gave the phone to someone else who also wasn’t any help and wouldn’t do anything for me it was so bad during the conversation that he said he didn’t care if he lost a customer. They were both very unprofessional so I just hung up and called it a loss. Mind you I never even touched the food because it looked disgusting. Plus it was under $10 for the dish but they wouldn’t even...

Staff is terribly rude. I placed an online order, came in at the time I was told it would be done and had to wait an extra 15 min. Then when getting home my entire order was wrong. My chicken lo mein was made with shrimp instead (I am deathly allergic to shrimp) when I called the staff just told me to come back in and they’d fix it. When I came in the woman there tossed the lo mein over the counter towards me and just walked away without saying anything.

The chicken in my food wasn’t cooked thoroughly either. They also had egg rolls and chicken uncovered UNDERNEATH the fryer that was dripping dirty and old grease. I wouldn’t even enter this...

I read everyone's posts good and bad, we have been eating their food for a few years now, and I'm extremely picky, but what we buy to what everyone's else buy is different, we've eaten at all the different Chinese restaurants in the Reading area, but we still come back here, people say they're rude, nah, they're always busy, oh and the person in here who said won't go back cause it's cold, 🤣🤣🤣, they're saving energy to cook everyone's food, plus wear more clothes if it's that cold 🤣🤣. Overall my wife and I are content with this restaurant, been coming here for the last 11 yrs. Supporting local Mom & Pop's restaurants...
