I will NEVER Buy Furniture from them again. I love the workers but they do NOT stand behind their furniture. I went in and picked up the rest of my furniture today that was not at the store when I bought it. When I picked it up got it home and my husband and son unloaded it ALL within 2 hours. The dresser drawer was Broke. I called and they told me I COULD NOT RETURN it? Say what??? I mean I was BEYOND UPSET, I have to submit a claim, etc, send pictures, email. What a JOKE!!! What happened to 30 days money back, or return and exchange it. I was told NO that is NOT their POLICY…SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE. My husband took all the drawers apart and their was screws missing, someone had messed it up when building it and did a HORRIBLE JOB. I have NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Big Lots literally has treated me better. They have the same furniture and stand behind their items. Lesson LEARNED, trying to prevent someone else from making the same BAD DECISION I DID. Read moreIn May I paid off my loveseat and signed for it when it was still in the box. When we got it home and put together it didn't sit well. We called within a week and every week since. Took pictures and cane in personally more than 7 times. Finally in September a really rude man was sent to my house to fix it. He did not. He was so rude that I spent 3 hours sitting outside of my own home while he spilled glue on the fabric and tacked a board to the break. I have been approved for a new one finally however I am being told that it is a charge for you to fix this error and I am responsible for the return of the broken one that is going to be resold by best deal? I have told them that I cannot pay this and quite frankly after 6 months don't think I should have to. When I asked Brittany to relay messages to Melissa there were always excuses why she couldn't and when I asked to speak to corporate, the owner, or anyone above Melissa I was told that I couldn't and that it "just doesn't work that way" when I finally asked for my money back. Read moreI’ve never left a review before but feel strongly that others need to be made aware of this horrible experience. For a small business to show such a lack of customer service others need to know to shop elsewhere. I ordered a kitchen table and chairs for over $600. I also paid $100 for delivery. The pictures below show the scratched and ruined table that was delivered 2 weeks later to my home. This was noted on the delivery receipt. I called multiple times and sent an email to their claims. They never called back I always had to call over a 2 week time span to follow up and seek a resolution. After I finally was at my wits end I was told that they wouldn’t offer a refund, wouldn’t offer an in store credit, and that I could drive from out of town to return the leaf but would have to “live with the other scratches.” Please go buy furniture somewhere else.
