My son purchased an engagement ring and spent a lot of money on one to ensure it was a good quality ring. Would have been better off buying a ring at Walmart at this point. This will be our 7th trip to replace some of the same diamonds that keep falling out after multiple repairs and we live an hour away. We have had extreme frustration to no end that these supposed repairs do not fix the issues. The ring is only worn on the weekends due to her job, and she doesn't even shower with it on; therefore, this should NOT be an issue. We bought our wedding rings here in 2005. Two times a year since, we have had them cleaned and checked. Yesterday, 4-5-2024, we stopped by to do the same. After we got home, my wife looked at her rings, and the inside were still so dirty. It didn't look like they had even been cleaned. We didn't even notice the young man who waited on us, even check the condition of her rings. He was busy talking to the young lady that working. Very rude and unprofessional... My boyfriend ordered me a necklace for Christmas from Zales and had it delivered to this location. He paid an extra $20 to get it gift wrapped and with a special message... When we went to go pick it up, it was not wrapped or have the message. Also, the employee who helped my boyfriend was extremely rude to him. He told the employee that he is there to pick up his necklace and she asked for his name then proceeded to snicker and talk about him with the other employees saying things such as “and he just expected me to hand him his item without his name..” and other things.
