Whoever was in charge of taking orders, was extremely rude from the start. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she was still rude. Another crewmember politely had of me my food and apologized when she snaps back at me because I told the polite one to tell her that I hope that she has a better day she said, and I quote.” Ma’am no one is having a bad day” and she told the young lady to close the window on me.. considering that I did absolutely nothing wrong. I went back in there and ask for a refund I was then gaslighted and accused of being the aggressor because according to the shift manager, he thought that she was doing her job trying to handle the orders and told me that it would be easier if “I just took the food they said thank you have a good day I went home and then everybody was happy.” I understand working at a fast food restaurant can be stressful especially if you have 1 million things going on in your life but what I do hope is that they understand that they are not better than the ones that are keeping them paid. Humility is needed here I will be speaking with a general manager and with corporate.. speaking of general manager, when I called, they told me they weren’t allowed to give out the name which is fine, but try to rush me off the phone. All of you are grown. You can do what you want but I would prefer for you to go to a different location that will treat you like a human being. To be honest, it’s not so much of the woman being rude anymore. It’s the gaslighting that I experienced from the shift manager. This happened in front of my children and the kind young lady was spotted by my son apologizing behind the shift manager. Read moreAs an experienced manager in the customer service field, believe me whenever I say the night manager at this restaurant is the reason why people refuse to eat fast food nowadays. I don't know the name of the medium-sized build of the blonde female manager on nights at this location, but after tonight I definitely won't forget her. After the other Taco Bell locations around town insist they "only accept cash" (literally go to Taco Bell after midnight around here and they will claim this), this location prioritizes fast drive-thru times over everything else. The guy at the window was extremely nice but I couldn't even talk to him properly because the bleach blonde bad built butch body manager behind him was screaming at him so hard it looked like he feared for his life. It was obvious this shift on 6-22-24 at 1:30am is ran by a maniac because whenever they took my order at the speaker the person talking to me seemed to be screaming out of fear with how they were taking my order. As I was trying to simply just give him my card for payment, all you could hear behind him was, "TWO MINUTES!!!!" A witch of a person behind him who was obviously a manager was completely shifting blame onto him because of her lack of knowledge on how to run a basic shift. Read moreI normally have no issues with this store but tonight the wife and I ordered a mobile order and after waiting almost a half hour got our order and took it home to find out it was made wrong and was just slopped in the wrapper’s and was leaking liquid from everyone of them. I called and asked to speak to a manager and when I spoke to her she was not very friendly like I interrupted her night said that if I didn’t drive almost 20 minutes back to the store there was nothing she could do for me. I know for a fact that not to be true. She didn’t want to correct there wrong and I am starting to see that more and more. It’s very unfortunate that business’s or should I say just some employees of the business being unhelpful to the customer that’s spending there hard earned money at there establishments. I know for now on I will be checking every aspect of my meal before I leave even if that means holding up the drive-through or dine in for now on. I am sure I will not be visiting this location...
