Kohl's — Local services in Muncie

Very nice store. Very friendly service. Lots of items to choose from. Very nice selection of name brands. I really love the Under Armor stuff. It's probably my favorite. After work each day I change into my Under Armor running pants and shirt. I used to run 5 miles a day but now I have to walk. I injured both knees a few years ago. I still like staying in shape. Kohls has everything I'm looking for from six to underwear. Calvin Klein, Adidas, Haynes. All the name brands. It's very easy to find what I'm looking for. The store has a very good lay out. The jewelry section is real nice. Nice men's jewelry and I got my wife a real nice ring that was 70% off! Originally it was...pretty expensive. 😊 They have all kinds of awesome cook ware. Coffee and Expresso makers. Home decor. A little bit of furniture. Bedding. Kids clothes. A big women's clothing section and we can't forget the shoes. Bridget is great! The 1st time they lost my order she found it and gave me Kohl's cash because of the problem I endured. Tonight I sat at pickup for 30 minutes, had to flag someone down. Then had to enter the store to have them find it and pick it up,and then listen to a man say it didn't show up and another lady say yes it did. The whole process took over 45 minutes to pickup an online order. No one said sorry for your time or your inconvenience, didn't offer any kind of Kohl's cash or discount... nothing! I was totally frustrated! That was twice in a week that there was trouble getting my order right. At least Bridget comped me the 1st. The second time took even longer and I had to enter the store. But they were too busy arguing about who was right and what the problem was to even ask if things were okay and NO ONE bothered to comp me for my time and trouble. Very...

I love this store because they sell a very diverse amount of merchandise. For instance, they have Nike, Under Armour, and Adidas for active type of gear. Not to mention, that they sell high and low end jewelry, Oakley name brand sunglasses, Citizen brand watches, and make-up. If you are a guy they carry Urban Pipeline jeans, which are good jeans for 25$-30$ a pair when they are on sale. Practically every time I go to Kohl's their Urban Pipeline jeans seem to always be on sale. Kohl's also carries a limited selection of shoes, small kitchen appliances, and houseware items, such as pillows and sheets. They have men's, women's, and children's sizes of clothing. It definitely fun to browse around the store, in my opinion, because they offer so much different...
