O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Munford

Usually have just about everything you need and then some. Only thing I have encountered though is when you order a part and have to wait a few days the main hub is notorious for sending just an EMPTY BOX with peanut packaging. No part. They have done it to me 2 or 3 times on a part. And it makes the guys here look not good when it happens. I personally know what the deal is but whoever is in the main hub on Summer that packages parts for other stores needs to be promoted to customer ? My opinion. When your waiting already and pist because technology has failed you. The last thing you want after laying good money is for something else to fail you as well. Other than that jazz I always come here for my fluids and what nots because of them having gopd competitive prices on some items. The gentlemen are always knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to whatever task or project your working on. They take time and don't get frustrated with you even for the people that dont know part names and use expressions such as a doomaflotcher or a thang a mu jig. They pretty much know what your looking for lol. I have no complaints about this store. Just the main hub.. well part sender dude in general lol....

So been going to this parts store since I moved here about 4 years ago and had no issues until now. My sons ecu went out in his eclipse, so I pulled it and went to order another one. First they couldn’t find it in their system, then they did so I ordered it with two day shipping. Two days not delivered, waited until the next Wednesday, no call so I went in. They said the company couldn’t ship it without the vin or the mileage, so I gave it to them and put a two day order on it. Yep you guessed it didn’t arrive. More excuses ordered it again and this time was guaranteed it would be delivered. Nope, never came told me they couldn’t get a hold of the supplier by phone only email and the supplier wasn’t emailing back, then told my wife it was shipped to another store. All B/S excuses. 3 weeks of excuses. Went to the store up the road part came up in their system placed order received it next day. Safe to say I will never be doing business...

My husband has always used O’Reillys in Munford, TN for car parts and etc. This is the second time in the past two weeks we have been here and a worker by the name of Brian has been absolutely nothing but rude and disrespectful to us. He has not tried to help us with anything. He doesn’t want to do his job. He refuses to look for parts in the system or in the back of the store or tell us where we can find them in other places. We have always loved going there because everyone is always so helpful and in a hurry to help us with whatever we need. Well not this guy. It feels like we are nothing but a bother to him.
