We purchased a recliner and several other pieces. Within a week, the seat on the recliner began to sag and collapse when you sat on it. A few weeks later, they delivered a loveseat and we showed the delivery men the recliner problem. They sat on it and took pictures showing how badly it sagged. We followed up with a phone call to our salesman and he said they were aware and said that Angie in the service department would follow up on it. We never heard from Angie. The salespeople there must be her buffer for phone calls because she never answered her phone. We left numerous voice messages with no response. We drove to the store from Murphy and of course Angie was not there. The salesman checked the computer and told us the seat bottom was there, and Angie would call to set up a time for the service call. Of course Angie never called. We called and left a voice message again. Now we just want a refund. I don't want to do business with such an unscrupulous company. This has been going on since early June. ...

Best furniture store around by far! Variety that fits every budget and high level of service. We visited several local furniture stores and went to two Ashley’s stores as well. Ended up purchasing all the furniture for our new house including refrigerator at Town and Country. They matched Ashley’s prices that included assembly as well. Delivery fee is more than reasonable. Store was recommended to me at the hair salon by another lady when I was venting about Lowe’s delaying our fridge delivery right before moving date to our new home. We were very impressed with Brian in sales. He was able to find a refrigerator for us, matched Home Depot price and it was delivered within couple of days. He assisted us with the purchase of all our furniture pieces. Outstanding customer service! He is very professional, kind and patient. Special shoutout to Luis who did all of our deliveries plus assembly and Mike from service for making it easy to resolve a few manufacture issues. Communication was great as well....

We started our furniture shopping spree for our new home in Blue Ridge during the pandemic (October 2020) we had challenges with availability of merchandise but Brian at Town and Country was phenomenal. Not only an expert in the field but so patience and kind. We spent six months getting the entire house outfitted with beautiful pieces from this store. Kristen the store manager was extremely helpful and such a professional through the entire process. We are not local to the area so a lot of interactions was via text and phone. Both of them made sure all of pieces were delivered and on several occasions even went out personally to our home while we were not there to get things in place. We are grateful and humbled by the kindness both have shown us through this process. Definitely a place you can trust for...
