BUYER BEWARE Great to buy from, a nightmare if you have a problem with defective merchandise still under warranty. This seller delivered an entire set of Summer Classics Furniture to us. The purchase was positive & fun. She offered to help us get additional pillows & accessorize our space. We did not realize, till several months later, the cushions were molding severely, & upon inspection, the underside was a different color, photo 1, so they had been delivered to us, severely faded, did not repel water, & were not mildew resistant. The owner of this store, was not familiar with the warranty & even with Covid going on, told us we were a month too late. We had to educate her, that Summer Classics & Sunbrella have a 5 yr warranty. She made the entire experience a nightmare. She did as little as possible to facilitate the replacement of the cushions, that were 100% under warranty. She also blamed us for not checking the items more closely, when we received them. We attempted to resolve matters amicably, after patiently waiting several months. After much difficulty, we have only had partial replacement completed. She refused to provide her Summer Classics reps name & has completely abandoned us in finalizing the process of replacing the additional damaged items since we chose to contact Summer Classics ourselves. We have 2 $25 Creme pillows that are 1.5 yrs old , with full weather exposure & they are in perfect condition, which we did show her, for comparison. Now the owner is sending us emails, attacking our personal character, for posting a review. We had exhausted every opportunity & she refuses to assist replacing the remaining items. Tim & Lauren

You told me you were in Atlanta often, and you would love to help us finish our porch with additional pillows and accessories.I was looking forward to that. I am extremely disappointed how this interaction has become so unprofessional. I thought this would be easily handled. I planned on buying additional pillows, accessories and continuing to shop with you and recommend you.. We saw the severe black mold, during Covid. I put off contacting you, out of respect. I contacted you, when things settled down. You said: -“You were sorry, but I was a month too late. The warranty had expired a month earlier”. Definitely NOT the same. pleasant, accommodating Amy you portray in your response below. . -We had to educate YOU on the warranty, otherwise, we would still have the original, defective cushions you delivered to us. Amy, you were comfortable with telling us “it was TOO LATE, and the warranty had expired, a month ago”, especially during Covid, as you pointed out below. You were comfortable with the fact you delivered severely faded, defective cushions to us. -Your reply is inaccurate & lacks numerous details, too many to add here. -If the severe fading, could be easily fixed, why didn’t you suggest dry cleaning them immediately? It took weeks to get a decision. The decision completely ignored the throw pillows, additional chair and ottoman cushions. That’s when we had to get involved. -Why did you tell us the warranty was over, you literally were going to do nothing to assist us, Summer classics stated a representative should have been sent to our home, which they did, immediately. We found out, that we were misled, you stated “we were purchasing Sunbrella fabric”. The Summer Classics representative verified that this was NOT Sunbrella fabric. Everything is not resolved. This is a horrible time to have to deal with this. You refused to document the name of the fabric on the replacement receipt, as asked by the manufacturer, because it wasn’t Sunbrella. If you feel like the original, defective product you delivered, your misrepresentation of fabric brand we purchased, and the Customer service you provided, once we had a problem, is something you can be proud of, then that says it...
