We had such a great time on our tour and tasting! Austin (if his name wasn't actually Austin then I'm so sorry 😅) was so much fun to chat with and was so knowledgeable about everything! He told us to ask questions if we had any but his explanations of everything left nothing to be asked! The tasting was also paired with a charcuterie board and it was so great to try the different combinations with the spirits. Austin had great recommendations on pairings for each as well. Even the spirits that weren't our taste were obviously still palatable and we could really tell the quality even if we didn't prefer it. Finally the decor was PERFECT. I felt like I literally stepped back in time to the classiest place ever! A grandma would have been upset about someone sitting on the couches, that's how fancy it felt! 😂 But it was so welcoming and comfortable and fun instead!

Absolute gem of a distillery and surprise to find in Salt Lake City. They are pushing the craft, or as they call it, “luxury” distilling to a place that few others are doing. Every one of their products we were able to taste is uniquely different to anything else on the market, and deserving of a spot on your bar cart.

We experienced holystone during their “haunted tour” that runs in October where the distillery is dressed up and decorated with fun Halloween theming. Everyone involved in our tour was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. I would recommend it to anyone, especially as a fun date night activity.

Excellent local distillery in the SLC area that is one of the few in the USA that I could find that makes Shochu (barley based). It is an excellent Shochu with a mild sweetness, a hint of the grain flavour, and a very smooth finish. The Cerulea gin is a beautiful bluish colour and the floral notes are lovely on their own or in a cocktail. This is just another favourite among the excellent spirits produced here.
