It was an unfortunate experience that I had this evening at the Murray location. They were OUT of asphalt pie... which is why i chose to go there for dinner... that and the strawberry blue salad with the chicken on the side because im a vegetarian and that's an amazing salad without the meat. However, I drove all the way home (30 miles away to copperton) before I opened the to-go container and found my salad lacking 2 main ingredients... strawberries and the strawberry vinaigrette. Are you serious? That's not a small mistake. That's f'ing up the entire meaning off the "STRAWBERRY" SALAD. I ordered wings and pork tacos and blackened chicken Alfredo for the men in my life and one felt ill (Alfredo and wings) after eating and the other (Pork tacos and wings) LOVED the meal. It also didn't help that service at the location for pick up was dreadful. I asked for a complimentary water (waiter acted like he was doing me a favor not charging me for it...GEE THANKS!) and I didn't receive it, after asking again several times, until I left with the food 20 minutes later. Also, as I waited for the food to cook... I overheard a family at a table beckon a worker and notified them that they had still not been waited on after being there for quite some time. The restaurant was NOT full by any means... maybe 10 tables and I counted at least 7 "workers". I'm not sure what the issue was... hopefully just an off night... but I was thoroughly disappointed and slightly angered. IT WAS MY CHOICE! Lol. The only saving grace was a manager named Jordan with whom I spoke with on the phone after all of this had me fuming and she sufficiently diffused me and the situation. She had the right amount of professionalism and give-a-care. Thanks to her I MIGHT crave a salad and pie from wingers again. But...

I have worked as a server at several wingers locations so I know the food, expectations, environment etc. way better than the average patron and this location pretty much fails in all aspects. I called to place a to go order and was immediately put on hold and hung up on shortly after. Eventually I got through and placed my order of a Sticky Sandwich with rice instead of the fries. The Lady on the other end had trouble wrapping her head around the fact that I wanted rice instead of fries which should be an extremely easy substitution that she should be doing all the time and have no problem with. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order the place was lifeless, there was either no music or extremely quiet music, there was no host or server anywhere near the door and I wasn't greeted. When the guy behind the bar finally decided to walk up and address me he seemed confused when I told him I had a to go order and passed me off to a woman I assume was the manager. She quickly got me my food and check and is probably the only reason I giving this place two stars instead of one. The food was not good. The sandwich which is supposed to have a sauce on the bun was completely dry, the bun was stale, the sticky finger was not sticky at all (it had very little sauce on it) and it was all jumbled around and in pieces in the box. In my time working with wingers I came to love and crave their sweet coconut rice, what I got from this place was overcooked, mushy, bland rice. I threw most of it away. Never again will I waste my hard earned money at this location, they don't deserve it. I'll be going to the 72nd south or downtown location, hopefully they do...
Read moreI went here twice because I had a gift card. So this is a review of 2 visits. The first visit, I walked in and stood at the door for 10 whole minutes! Then Will, whose name I asked specifically to include in my review, who was clearly working 2 sections at opposite sides of the restaurant, he noticed me and it was him that seated me, I waited fifiteen minutes, not even once did my waitress stop at my table, but she did go by me to acknowledge the new table that was seated after me..Got their drinks, came back & took their orders.. Still never once stopped at my table.. again it was Will, this guy started working another section, he took my order(which I plenty of time to decide)& brought me a drink.. At this point my waitress said hello, but yet again it was Will who refilled my drink TWICE before my waitress even bothered to ask.. This was only a 4 star experience because of him, I was just that impressed by how hard he was working and he did it with a smile the whole time.. Will deserves a raise.... seriously without him on that day, you would have had to shut down..
2nd visit, Waitress named Ginger was very sweet and was on it.. Did a good job :) It seems like that the business is trying to compensate for issues like lack of service. i.e. this visit my drink was never empty and refilled by 3 different people, because any server who walked by offered to refill it. So compensation in a positive sense and I did appreciate that. It seems like they're listening and try reconcile issues,
1st time: 1 star experience, made into 4 star experience by Will for his hard work & great attitude
2nd time:4 star experience, they are much better than they were & have hired...
