Ice Haus — Restaurant in Murray

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IGNORED! Absolutely horrible service 😒 my wife and I were starting to become regulars, going here about 3 times a week. We spent nearly a thousand dollars here in the last month or so. But we will not go back now because of the service. I'm not sure if there is some kind of policy at this place that tells servers you can't help customers but that's sure what it seems like. For example, we walk in and go to the bar for a drink, proceed to a table where every server will walk passed us at least 10 times and never ask if we need anything. We tried everything to get service, asking people that worked there if we could order and being told "I'm security, a server will be by" and none ever came by, they waked right by us. It got so bad that my wife had to flag down a server and ask to order at which point they asked if we had an open tab at the bar which we did not, she then got us a drink and when our drinks were gone nobody ever came to ask if we wanted another one. Then we went back a few days later, they had a live band playing and we were given the cold shoulder again. We did the same exact thing except had to pay a cover charge because of the music. So we get in, go to the bar and order a drink, then proceed to sit at the outside dining area. We finish our drinks, sit and wait, and wait, and wait.... multiple staff walk by, we ask for help 3 times, being told "someone will come get your order" So we wait over an hour and then finally we have to flag down a server who makes sure we don't have an open tab at the bar, which I'm not sure why that would matter but we didn't, we only went and ordered drinks at the bar because nobody would take our order! Then the server recognizes us because a few days earlier we played the same waiting game and she was like "oh, I remember you. Last time you were here nobody helped you either" mind you she walked right by us about 10 times before we had to ask for service. We were really hoping to make this our spot because it's close to where we live and we liked the food but because of this terrible service we've decided we can't go here anymore. It really is a shame. Ice Haus management please read this review, take it to heart because you lost good customers. Please do better for the next people

A ghetto bar with sub-par service and some of the rudest ID checkers you'll ever come across. When I asked about the no outside drink/open container policy after hurrying and finishing my drink at the door to hurry and throw it away for him, wanting to know more about why it was a law out of genuine curiosity, the ID checker proceeded to launch into a profanity-filled tyrade and call me names while I was trying to be nothing but calm and polite, especially since I had just been crying about my recently deceased grandfather right before walking in. So afterwards, I politely told him Merry Christmas and went on my way. Word of advice to that ID checker: kindness is free and you never know what someone's going through in life.

PS. If he would have been paying attention, he would have noticed that it wasn't alcohol I was consuming, but a coffee with NO ALCOHOL in it whatsoever. I didn't know I was supposed to finish it outside when I was told it wasn't allowed inside, hence why I hurried and drank the rest of it right there to hurry and throw it away for him in the interest of complying with him. Furthermore, I did not slam the drink in any way, shape, or form. I was just trying to hurry and throw it away for the ID checker. I want to make it clear to everybody else reading this that at no point was I refusing to abide by the rules. I just slightly misunderstood that I was supposed to finish my coffee outside as opposed to hurrying and downing the rest of it right there to hurry and throw away for the ID checker, and I simply wanted to know more about the no open container law out of genuine curiosity, hence why I calmly and politely asked. I fail to understand why that constituted hurling profanities at me and calling me names. I feel sorry that he feels the need to be so rude and tear people down when I was trying to be as polite as possible and learn more about the no open container law that I was simply genuinely curious about. I think practicing kindness, patience, and understanding would be a wonderful new year's...

Been attending their Bingo nights on Tuesday for years. I KNOW THEY ARE BUSY. My group stopped going & I now understand WHY. I arrive at 7pm. Watch a table of 8 arrive after me & get their order taken. Still waiting 7:40 no drinks no waitress. 2 waitresses pass me, do not offer me water or food or alcohol. I move tables since they have their music speaker blasting above me struggling to hear the bingo caller. My friend should arrive any minute now. Where’s my waitress? They are serving a new table of 3 that just arrived. I wave her down. I order a whisky sour for my friend that will be there any second… I want a shot and a stein of beer. Waitress tells me only 2 drinks in front one person… okay I waited 40 min & would not like to wait another 40 min for my friend l to get a drink… SUGGESTION waitress offer to give my shot then my beer… she doesn’t know how to be nice. . I told her I’ve waited 40 min… she then tells me if I’m going to have an attitude she’s not serving me. Okay I understand why my friends do not show up on Tuesday’s anymore. . I’m there for food & drink. They looked over me, I was invisible at least 4 times. I will make sure to never go to Ice Haus again. Your waitress couldn’t work through a solution instead giving me excuses. Ice Haus and that waitress obviously don’t need more people at their bar wanting food & drinks and no one has approved my table. Funny when the bingo caller did a shout out for everyone to order drinks/food & that I too would love to have someone to take my order- CAN YOU GET ME A WAITRESS SO I CAN?? I tip good. I bring more people… Plenty of bars to go to. No loss. I’ll make sure my group doesn’t come back. Go to club 90 on Tuesday’s for bingo and tacos. Y’all were too busy to take 1 persons order.
