LEGIT BARBER SHOP MURRIETA CA — Local services in Murrieta

This place is hit or miss with the quality of barbers in this shop. I like stay the location of the shop is near my kid's school and that they stay open later than other barber shops. But the quality of haircuts my kids are just not worth us to keep coming here. They run the special of kids haircuts for $20 on Tues and Wed for wAlk-ins. But most of them act like they don't want to cut your kids hair. I've made appts on the app on two occasions the person I made the appt with left before our appt time with no call or consideration for skipping out on our appt. The quality of music they play in the presence of kids is also unprofessional. I've had to ask them on a few occasions to change the music while my kids are inside. I'm beyond pissed with how long my son's haircut took today and then for the mistake of cutting a diamond in the back of his hair when I said to curve the rounds. If you have better options, I'd suggest you check them out before coming here...

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend coming this place at all. Favoritism is taken into account in this barbershop. The first time I came to this barbershop, service and haircut was amazing. The second time I came, I was told I would be taken after the barber finished his appointment. However when a client came into the shop after the barber was almost done with his appointment, he told me that he would have to get me after his other client. I have waited for over an hour for a barber that I wanted to get a haircut from. I thought I finally found a barbershop that was great in the area, but I was wrong. I would look somewhere else. Customer service needs to be better and favoritism should NEVER be taken into account in a customer service...

After calling a few local barbers in Murrieta and them saying they didn't take walk-ins I called Legit Barber and they said "yes we do! come on in"

So I stopped in! A couple customers were next to me waiting and one of them was complaining that he got a haircut from another shop and they messed it up, one of the barbers heard him say that and told him I'll fix it for you right now, he literally gave the guy another haircut and said I'm not charging you because I offered to help! That's amazing customer service and a good way to get customers and make them loyal! Nice work and very impressive.
