My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery restaurant, and we were absolutely blown away by the delightful Thai cuisine and impeccable service. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
As we settled into our cozy corner booth, we were greeted by the friendly chef herself, Ms. Goi Long, who served as our server for the evening. Her warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for the extraordinary dining experience that awaited us.
After perusing the well-curated menu, my wife decided to order the Penang Curry while I opted for the Drunken Man Noodles with Chicken. And let me tell you, these dishes were beyond delicious!
The Penang Curry had just the right balance of flavors, with a Thai spiciness that added an exciting kick to each spoonful. The rich and creamy curry paired perfectly with fragrant jasmine rice, creating a harmonious symphony of taste.
Meanwhile, the Drunken Man Noodles with Chicken were an absolute revelation. The tender chicken, sautéed with an aromatic blend of garlic, basil, and chili, danced on my palate, leaving me craving for more. The noodles were perfectly cooked, boasting that delightful umami flavor that one can only find in expertly crafted Thai cuisine.
What truly stood out during our dining experience was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the chef. Not only did she ensure that every dish was prepared to perfection, but she also went the extra mile by offering us additional spices, sauces, and even shared her tantalizing beef jerky recipes that they are working on. It was evident that she took immense pride in her craft and genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience at Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery.
The only suggestion we have for Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery restaurant would be to improve their exterior signage. Although located in a corner, a splash of vibrant red and yellow colors in their name would make it more noticeable and inviting to passersby.
In conclusion, Goi Express Modern Thai Eatery restaurant is an absolute gem that deserves every bit of praise. From the mouthwatering Thai delicacies to the exceptional service, our evening at Goi was nothing short of remarkable. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Thai culinary adventure.
Thank you, Ms. Goi, for an unforgettable dining experience. We cannot wait to return and explore more of your delightful creations!
Sincerely, A...

If you're searching for an authentic Thai dining experience, look no further than Goi Express Thai Restaurant! Nestled in the heart of Murrieta, CA.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles from Melissa, the owner, who not only made us feel right at home but also took the time to explain the menu and recommend some of her favorite dishes. Her passion for Thai cuisine is evident in every aspect of the restaurant, from the welcoming atmosphere to the incredible food.
Last night, we indulged in a feast that truly showcased the rich flavors and vibrant ingredients of Thailand. We started with the Five Spice Beef Brisket, served with a zesty chimichurri sauce. At $19.95 each, these dishes were tender and bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the tangy sauce. We couldn't resist ordering a second serving!
Next up was the Slow-Braised Beef in Massaman Curry. Priced at $25.95, this dish was a standout with its rich and aromatic profile, reminiscent of Kare Kare but with its own unique twist. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the spices created a delightful harmony that left us wanting more.
We also ordered the Green Curry Chicken for $22.95, which was a vibrant and creamy dish simmered in coconut milk, loaded with bamboo, eggplant, bell peppers, and fresh basil. The balance of flavors was impeccable, and each bite was a delightful reminder of authentic Thai cuisine.
The Pad See Ew was another highlight. Priced at $22.95, these wide rice noodles were stir-fried to perfection with gailan, broccoli, eggs, garlic, and dark sweet soy sauce. The dish had a wonderful smoky flavor that was both comforting and satisfying.
And what’s a meal without dessert? We treated ourselves to the Pandan Sticky Rice with Mango ($12.95), which was a heavenly combination of sweet sticky rice infused with pandan leaves, topped with fresh mango and toasted mung beans. It was the perfect ending to our meal. Melissa even surprised us with a complimentary Sticky Toffee Pudding ($11.50) that was light, fluffy, and drizzled in a rich toffee sauce—pure bliss!
To wash it all down, we enjoyed two glasses of Sweetened Lychee Iced Tea ($5.95 each) and a refreshing Negra Modelo ($5.25), which paired beautifully...

I recently visited Goi Express with my family and friends on a Sunday afternoon around 1:06 PM. Upon arrival, we were guided to order via QR code, a system that seems efficient but also a bit impersonal. We were greeted by a very friendly and cordial waitress who checked in on us from time to time, which was a nice touch.
We ordered a few dishes - Tom Kha Kai, chicken fried rice, and Thai tea and the food arrived promptly. However, there was a bit of confusion with the orders, as we had multiple QR codes scanned for our table. We tried to clarify the mix-up with the waitress, who was understanding and trying to help.
What really soured our experience, though, was the interaction with the restaurant owner, who appeared to be middle-aged. As the waitress was bringing our food to the table, the owner came over, raised her voice at us, and seemed upset over the order clarification. We had not done anything wrong just trying to sort out a little confusion—but the owner's response was unnecessarily rude and confrontational.
The situation escalated when she returned to our table a second time. This time she loudly proclaimed that her restaurant was a “full-service restaurant” and mostly a takeout place, as if to justify her earlier behavior. We were taken aback by her tone and, frankly, shocked at her lack of professionalism. The owner’s attitude was so aggressive that it felt like we were being scolded, and her raised voice was loud enough for nearby customers to overhear. At that point, we felt compelled to respond, telling her directly that her behavior was rude and uncalled for.
While the food was undeniably delicious, the experience was ruined by the owner's lack of basic manners and disrespect. We won’t be returning to this restaurant, not because of the food or the staff (who were kind and attentive), but because of the hostile treatment we received from the owner. Service is key to a positive dining experience, and unfortunately, the owner's actions overshadowed everything else.
If you decide to visit, just be aware that while the food is great, the hospitality might not meet expectations, especially if you're unlucky enough to encounter the owner’s...
