It's a long review, but please read it all so you understand how amazing this shop is and what wonderful people are there. I live in Arizona but my husband's grandmother is in Murrieta, CA. I called on 12/20/24 to place an order and was worried it would be too late to have them delivered before Christmas, but they were so accommodating and kind. They assured me it would be no problem. I didn't know what arrangement to choose because she has limited space and is in a care home, but the woman who helped me was amazing. She said she'd do a small but full centerpiece in the reds and whites I wanted and suggested a basket for safety instead of a vase. I was blown away by what they came up with. It's gorgeous and the price was more than fair. Our aunt in California said it brought a smile to his grandmother's face and smells so Christmasy and fresh. We're so grateful and pleased. Most importantly, the original delivery date was 12/23 but his grandmother took a turn healthwise and we were worried so wanted them delivered immediately. I called the shop hours after placing the order and explained and they changed the delivery date to the following day 12/21 with no problem. They were so understanding and nice about it, I can't describe what it meant to us. We were emailed when they delivered the next afternoon and I called to let them know personally how amazing everyone at the shop is. This boutique truly lives up to its name. From the gorgeous, artistic designs to the exceptionally courteous service, my experience was flawless. I presented them with a non-trivial idea for an arrangement, and they were not only flexible but enthusiastic in bringing my vision to life.

The final composition was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail in the flower arrangement was remarkable, and the quality was so exceptional that the blooms lasted for an impressively long time. I find myself constantly checking their social media or website for new inspirations, as they have completely plugged into my creative fantasies for future orders.

The "Elite" Touch: I greatly appreciate their selection of accompanying gifts, like their line of organic candles with unique, beautiful fragrances. To further justify the "elite" boutique title and enhance their offering, I would love to see:
