Kisha is by far the best representative I have ever worked with in a phone store. She is knowledgeable, honest, relatable, down to earth, and genuinely cares for her customers. I had not one hiccup and I never had to question any part of the process. She was up front and didn’t candy coat anything. I appreciate that in a person. I will forever be grateful for the time she spent getting me set up. She needs an award or something because her customer service is unbeatable. She is a total asset to US Cellular and I hope she is recognized and appreciated in that regard. I even asked if I could hug her she was that great. Thank you again, Kisha. The Muscatine store overall provided me the best in-store experience I’ve ever had with US Cellular. Very poor customer service. Went to ask couple questions. 2 staff members working. Third staff in last cubicle with no customer. Was told would be a few minutes. After 10 minutes another staff showed up never acknowledged us was setting in cubicle talking to third staff member. After another 5 minutes an no acknowledgement.
