RUDE RUDE RUDE First of all I shouldn’t be afraid to mobile order “too soon” or I’ll be lectured. When I asked what’s the difference between ordering at the drive through or mobile ordering they told me “we can’t pull your order up ahead of others so I guess it depends on how long you want to wait.”
I get the same thing, I like my drink a certain way, I know most people like a lot of oat milk I do not. They basically made my drink to spite me - I asked NICELY if there was any oat milk )after requesting that they please make it with less) they handed me my drink and the barista at the window snapped at me and stated that i complained about having it made with too much milk so this is how they made it.

I'd like to suggest the manager not take the large six top table to conduct Starbucks business; conduct trainings, converse with staff behind counter about schedules, staffing, inventory forms, etc. (from 20 ft away). I had to move to get away from the distraction of these conversations, only to then have another manager conduct an interview at the table next to me....while two other employees took breaks at two other tables.
Maybe it was just a bad time to be there, 930-10am on a Monday (?)
When the employees "take over" a retail space like this, it is not inviting for customers. Employees seemed totally oblivious that this was not their private...
Read more11/10/24 5:26pm ordered 2 hot drinks getting ready to leave town we got Vanilla Latte & Hot tea to sip on the roadtrip home. The lid popped off my hot tea I let my husband know to be careful with his he’s driving and grabs his latte and was careful and the lid popped off and the hot drink went on his lap while he’s driving yes it burned him! I called and asked to speak to the manager on duty and he knew said it’s been happening a lot it’s a manufacturing issue never apologized just told me to just call corporate and hopefully they do something about it.
