Not this store but the customer help number that they have. First off when you hit two for an existing account. Just needing customer service. It immediately says this number is no longer in service. How are you a phone service company, with no phone service. Secondly, whenever I got to a different selection I went to start a new service to just get help. First lady I got yesterday perfect everything was going fine. She was applying to discount. I get through my job. Had to pay my bill. It was past due. I shut off auto draft. It has screwed me a few times. She says I'll have to wait a few minutes and then call you back because you just paid. I said that's fine. Hell we even got the new pixel 8 pro coming as a trade-in for my phone. No phone call. I call this morning. First lady has sensitive ears. Tells me sir if you continue to cuss I will not be able to help you. I said man will I cuss just talking. I'm not cussing at you. I live in the south. I work in construction. It's just how we speak. Do I have a vocabulary? Yes but I live in the south and deal in construction. Doesn't require very many words.... I'm not unpleasant it's just how I speak so she hangs up on me. I call back. Second lady acts all depressed sounding and you can hear the. I would rather shoot myself than work. This job in her voice goes through verifying my account and everything. I just tell her hey check it out. Hold on before you go through all that. Just listen she keeps on going on saying I'm just trying to help you and I said well I'm just trying to ask a question. I don't need anything other than answer this question. She gets done with whatever the hell she was saying and says well this is the sales department so you need to buy something in order for me to help you...... Went downhill from that moment forward. Definitely considering Sprint. T-Mobile cricket Walmart go phone just about anything at this point because every single time I have to call or go in it's a several day or several hour process. I have to give up out of my day or week just to not get any help and still have to pay money for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe only reason this store gets this rating is because my husband called customer service to turn off our tablet. The last at CS turned his business phone off. When my husband called back 2 minutes later they said they needed to do a credit check and verify address. We switched to T-Mobile when we were trying to port out numbers over we find out that the lady at AT&T CS not just turned my husband phone off but she cancelled it. After 3 hours on the phone with AT&T CS to get them to reactivate his number so we can port his number over to T-Mobile they told him he had to go to store to prove who he was. After 2 hours at the store talking with the fraud department and other departments they could not reactivate his number. Even after my husband showed them 4 different ID's. While we are on our way home we find out they shut him mom's phone off. My husband called them again today and they wouldn't even talk to him. Now they had to have both of them at the store to get this situation taken care off that was 3 hours there. They did get his mom's phone turned back on but they are still having issues with getting his number reactivated. AT&T is the absolutely the worst customer service ever. I can't believe a company this huge doesn't seem to care at all about their customers. The employees at the stores are actually nice and try to be as helpful as they can. I hope the guy will be there tomorrow that they said will be able to do this if not we will have to drive another hour 1 way to the AT&T store and meet his mom there again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was hurting really bad .. nobody opened the door like they used too before. Nobody offered to help me at all . Nobody welcomed me . I felt shunned. They just kinda half looked like I was a diseased animal.. I felt so sad and depressed.. crying.. if I were skinny and pretty I know ppl would hv helped me .. ppl don't know my pain and suffering. Yeah I'm poor and driving a old crazy car that's borrowed. But it's a way of getting around and my phone bill is always paid.. maybe late at times but I'm struggling so bad .. I never treat ppl like this. I take my last few dollars to feed a homeless man and his dog. This really breaks my heart .. even the guy that was going to the pay site in the store that went in rt before me left and went and talked to ppl. Shame on them .. Forgive them please Lord for they know not what they do ... the funny thing is .. if any of them were hurt or in a wreck or something and I was there, I would be the first to help ... I gv a 2 star bc at least i was able to quickly pay my bill and lv ... u know even sadder,, i wonder how many of them go to church every time the door is open?
