My father in law, a WWII veteran, turns 100 today. For a gift I purchased a hat with his outfit’s name and insignia on it. I thought it would make him even happier if I had his name and area of deployment embroidered on it also. I took it to this business to get it done. I took it in a full 10 days ahead of his celebration and was assured that it would be done. I called this morning to let them know I was coming to pick it up and was told it was just half complete but would be finished by 4:30. When I showed up, the hat had not been touched. It was not half complete as I was told…nothing had been done. I was lied to and given excuses (not reasons). Now I am unable to add my personal touch to a gift for my Father in law. Will not do business with these...

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order in December and have not received it 3 months later. Called every other day for 2 weeks and were told we would receive a call back each time and repeatedly did not. After expressing our frustation, we finally received a call back and were told we couldn't receive the order a week before our event because we didn't place it in time, when we ordered it 3 months prior...
