Good selection, nice store, and clean. Only thing is customer service, for the most part I have had a good experience here. However this past Thursday I went to return a item and to shop, as I was checking out I asked some questions to the associate while she was trying to have a conversation across the checkout area with someone else about “doing shoes” and how “I am not doing shoes, I do not have enough time tonight” whatever that means. So she then started to answer my question when I interrupted her but her answers were very short. I don’t need to go into detail of what she said I think talking across the room, through a customer as if they weren’t even present is rude enough. After some of the reviews I recently read, I was looking forward to shopping here. I knew on my first quick scan for where to start my hunt, it was going to be a disappointment. There were a lot of empty racks, spaces on shelves, and items strewn under a few displays were on a rather dirty floor. I spent 55minutes in this store. Found a few items, no clothing. Shoes seemed to be all one price, regardless of style or designer. Many can be found for less nearby. When I was ready to check out, 2 others were already in line for a nonexistent cashier. We were told she might be on break. Of my 4 items, on checking my receipt 2 had been overcharged. Did I go back in for my $2? Nope. I was exasperated with my shopping, the store, my missing the error. I was done. My thought was it would be more hassle than it was...

Selection as expected but when I went to checkout. The only open register was the return/customer service lane with no one there. We walked up a young lady from up by the doors walks up without a word. Rigs up my husband's dress shirt and hands it back to me hanger and all.
