Couldn't seem to get any kind of specials that were running there were free phone offers etc. Weren't even discussed..$75 a month for phone service is too much, got a bill for $400 when I called she talked to me like I was dumb because I didn't know that was just a summery not a bill but what would you think of you received an email with what you'd be paying on it? It didn't have discounts etc. Went back to return phones so we could switch back to metro, the guy helping us literally walked off while I was talking because he didn't like we weren't happy I guess...$100 restock free less than 24 hours after leaving the store seems a bit ridiculous but whatever, supposed to get a refund didn't get receipt or anything so hopefully I get it we paid cash had to give a card for refund??? Mr Cramp was professional and funny and so very knowledgeable, which you is a hard trait to find. I had Sprint since 2003 and I am a hard sell for change...but after 10 min. Within an hour, I immediately had trouble with my phone. The complete transfer of my information didn't happen. I have visited the store 3 times in as many days. Zero help by the staff or manager. I have multiple issues going on with this new $1500 phone. I have been instructed to go to a local PC business in town for help. Isn't that their job? Horrible customer service.
