7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Muskogee

I love seven coffee. This place though is a bit irritating. I'm not sure why I ALWAYS have to ask them to put in my number. No one ever asks or looks at rewards for you at this one. They also seem a bit off put by me saying can you just take my number? I don't want to say the million coffee words. I just want to order the same thing and always get. Also, if I have a free coffee I would like to know Not to mention, I think they're trying a little too hard on the double lane here. There was one other car in the line and they made me back up the go around to the other lane. I really didn't want to but it was super fun when they served three other people before I got my coffee in the outside lane. I could have just stayed where I was. That's what I wanted to do but she kept waving me over while I was saying no. Next time I won't move. If she had waited one second someone would have come to her line and nobody would have had to play a musical cars. Then I can't help but think because I kept shaking my head "no" is why my coffee took an extra two cars to make...

The staff also never asks you to taste your coffee. Every other seven coffee I have been to the staff asks you to try your coffee before pulling away. I don't know. I think whoever is training new hires isn't conveying Seven policies very well. Either that or the other Seven's I've been to are taking quite a bit...

I am a coffee fan. I drink more of it than I should. This company has quickly become one of my favorite coffee shops. The service is always quick, and they really do care about making your beverage correctly. If you are not happy with your drink, they will make it right.

I have tried several things on their menu. They have energy drink combinations that use their own brand of energy drink. I am not normally an energy drink fan, but my mind was changed with one sip of the Bikini Bottom drink. For an espresso drink. I highly recommend the smooth 7. It is the perfect pick me up, to get your day going right. For a less high octane experience, I highly recommend the blended matcha latte. This drink is refreshing and provides an even balance of energy and focus.

My only complaint, and this is petty. The music system is horrible. Get some better quality outdoor speakers. If you are going to blast tunes that early in the morning. Let's not blast them through such awful speakers. It's sounds horrible,...

Worst experience there ever! I have been to 7brew over 300+ times and this was the absolute worst visit. The employee that took my order was SUPER RUDE with only 3 cars on the lot had me drive around to get in the other lane (mind you no bad weather and it was like 7:45 so no reason for lane 2 to be closed) when I did go around I asked about it was given a rude comment then my order was taken wrong . I tried to correct it and still got the wrong drink plus was over charged for my drink. The girl who worked last night needs to be fired as her comment (you need to go around cause I will have to walk if you don't) hun that's your job and your complaining about the bare minimum by walking to your 2nd lane 😒 never again I will drive out of town every day and spend 20 in gas to do so until she is replaced with a worked who does not speak to customers like that .
